The Tile Outlet has a good selection, hence the two stars. But be ready to be on top of ordering and shipping and to make several trips and phone calls, because they are a real disaster on service. We ordered tiles. Twice did I need to cancel the installation appointment because the tiles were supposed to be in and were not. The employee then reassured me with a new delivery date, telling me that he would personally call the shipper and track the package, but then forgot to do so: yet another delay ensued and he did not even inform me. When we finally picked up the tiles (shipping from LA, not the other side of the earth, mind you), we bought the grout too. We asked two employees if one bag would be sufficient and were told "absolutely!" like it was a silly question. The tile installers are now in the middle of the grouting, and of course it was not enough: we headed for yet another trip back to the store. If you are dealing with this store be ready to waste a lot of time.

We used Tile Outlet in Soquel while remodeling our kitchen. Excellent product availability, very friendly service, timely delivery. Questions were answered promptly, finished products are beautiful! We love our new granite countertops & heated slate floors purchased with Chris at Tile Outlet. Will use them again!
