I was originally impressed that they carry something besides Milgard!!! People seem to think this is the only window choice, but after research, I am much more impressed by Anlin windows. I think it is worth looking at options and nice to have a company that has a choice!! I got nothing but friendly, courteous prompt service and competitive prices. I got other quotes from local companies and was very pleased how the salesman worked with me. I was originally going to just put in windows, but decided on siding too. The house was over 20 years old, and not only needed painting but just all around looked "shabby", After they showed me pictures and explained vinyl siding, it made perfect sense. Now my house looks brand new!!! I never have to paint! I merely hose it down !!! Between the new windows and the siding, my energy bill has dropped significantly and it has a whole new fresh look. I was also amazed that they left the job site clean!!! That has not been my experience with contractors in the past. Overall, out of the companies that I have worked with in Santa Cruz, I would definitely use Airtight again and recommend them to anyone. I think more people need to know there are windows besides Milgard and was so glad that Airtight offered Anlin as an alternative. KUDOS!!! Was this review …? Useful 4 Funny Cool 2

I selected airtight over non-local competition as they were reasonably priced and I felt a very experienced local outfit should do a good job. In advance of the installation I promised the sales rep. Tom I would write a review whether it would be positive or negative and here it is 6 months after the work was finished. We are delighted with our new Anlin Catalina windows! They replaced old aluminum windows and give our home a great facelift visually, and of course it feels cosier. I considered the more reflective enery-efficient Quadratherm glass option but decided against as Tom pointed out the reduced light might outweigh minor efficiency gains in the mild Santa Cruz climate. Im happy with that choice as the house looks nice and bright but still feels warmer. James and his crew were easy to deal with, consulted me as necessary and did a great job including stucco work for a couple of windows that needed to be cut down to meet egress code. I can strongly recommend Airtight Vinyl Siding & Window.

We needed to get a window installed in our house in the mountains, and we already had the window (a long story but it was acquired by a contractor who didnt finish the job). Some installers refused to install someone elses window, others wouldnt even come to our location. We saw high reviews online for Airtight, so we gave them a call and were terrifically glad we did! They came out to inspect the job, gave us a fair and clearly explained estimate, then when the time came for the work, it was done quickly and beautifully. They had every possible part needed on their trucks, including an unusual width of trim that proved essential - and they cleaned up after themselves impeccably. We couldnt have asked for better service, and they definitely won themselves a new customer - we will be using them for more installations and this time, well buy the windows from them!

I LOVE MY NEW WINDOWS!! I never take the time to write a review but it was such a great experience from estimate to installation that I had to make time to let people know. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and products I received from from Airtight Windows. I have an older home on the west side of Santa Cruz and I was nervous about how much wood rot or what would happen when I replaced my super old windows with new ones. IT LOOKS FANTASTIC! James, Fernando and Christian were on time, professional, and very thorough. They had to fix a great deal of wood rot to install the new windows and they did not charge for the extra work. They install a high quality window for a very affordable price and when they are at your home doing what they do, they go ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE IT LOOK BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT! Thanks guys.
