After an extensive search into local contractors I chose Shafer Contracting. My decision was based largley in part to the experience and professionalism of the owner Dean Shafer. I was looking for a contractor to remodel my mothers bathroom and complete unfinished work from a previous renovation on other parts of the home. I was not let down! From my first visit when I recieved my estimate to the last when I shook his hand for a job well done, I was pleased with the expertise, professionalism, competetive prices and overall work ethic of Mr. Shafer. If you are interested in a contractor that is knowledgable, hard working, meticulous, clean, respectful of your home, family and time then I would have to recommend Shafer Contracting. In fact I have recommended Shafer Contracting to friends and family and everyone has been pleased with their work.

I had my 2 bathrooms remodeled with Shafer Contracting. I would have to say that they did a great job! From the bathtubs replacement, marble sinks, floor tiles to the plumbing jobs, everything was done with high quality of technical skill set, care, clean, experiences and professionalism. Above all, meeting the deadlines with high quality of works was one of my expectations. And they delivered that with total satisfaction. I was please with their works and would have recommended Shafer Contracting to my friends and family.

Dean and his team did a wonderful job of renovating our bathroom. They replaced the tub installed new tile surround with accents and recessed niche. Also replaced the cabinet and installed a granite sink top great service and attention to detail! Shafer contracting was not the cheapest bid but we were comfortable and confident with Dean who was very attentive to our needs. In the end our expectations were exceeded. We have already made plans for a kitchen renovation in the spring with Shafer Contracting.
