I have been "flipping" houses successfully for 15 years and Eric Lamascus (Owner) of Elite Construction is by far the best contractor I have worked with. He does what most other contractors fail to do: Show up when he says he will, stay within a budget and finish the job on time. All very important when remodeling homes is your business and your livelihood. My first project with Eric was in 2007. The 1200 SF house was a real "fixer. Today it is a beautiful contemporary 2000 SF home with a 1000 SF ocean view deck. Everything was redone and the house doubled in value in just a few months. The kitchen and bathrooms were standouts (pictures above). I personally worked on the job site with the Elite crew everyday. They were always on time, knowledgeable, hard working and polite. Eric had an excellent understanding of the job and what my goals were, and translated that to the crew. His ability to problem solve is outstanding. He also had great sub-contractors that did all the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cabinets, roof and drywall under his supervision. Since the first project, Elite Construction has done many smaller jobs for me, several of them at my own home. Whether you have a large or small job, I couldnt recommend Elite Construction more highly. Im sure you will be pleased with their professional attitude, work ethic and workmanship. Laura Archer

We had an unfortunate medical situation in the family that necessitated an immediate remodel of our downstairs bathroom to meet the new needs of a family member who suddenly found themselves disabled and in a wheelchair. I contacted many construction firms in the area, but received few real responses. As soon as I reached out to Eric explaining the urgency of the situation, he responded to me within just a few hours and immediately engaged his team to begin a design and quotation for the work. Its really a breath of fresh air to find people in the the business who are responsive, empathetic, and professional -- just a really good team who are willing to do whatever it takes, regardless of their busy schedules, to help out those in need. Its encouraging to know that people like this still exist in the business world. Read all of the positive reviews on Yelp, as well as those here on Google -- Elite Construction is the best. Eric and his team were extremely responsive and nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs remodeling or construction services!

The planning stage of my home remodel was creative and open to every possibility. The budget was concrete and thorough. The schedule was realistic and worked around the needs of my family. At every stage of the project, every decision, every adjustment I requested, was met with flexibility and clear communication and excellent conclusions. The crew was always on time, ready to work hard and able to explain what they were doing, and the site was clean and as ready for us to use as was possible. The final remodel changed our dark, split space into and open and light space. Our home is more open and welcoming and warm and practical because of the talent and hard work provided, on time, on budget and with a smile by Elite Construction. If you need a job done, from a small task to a whole house, you will not find a better company than Elite.
