horrible!!!!!! the receptionist had no name tag. does not care or even pretend instead she tells you sit down and your name will be called. there was 5 people waiting for dmv services myself for expired auto insurance that I needed to make a payment. then being told the wait was only 10 minutes. usually answer. after 30 minutes I went up to her she knew I was upset and then after waiting another solid 7 minutes a Mr. Nick Knudsen. another employee not much of a asset at all. I know its 4 pm and everyone wants to go home and worried about breaks and closing down stations. but your system gives you minute by minute of the activity of customers and their needs. when one of the employees is just sitting at her desk making small talk with the reception and two other agent are in their closed offices. and only one CSR open I really think there is a problem. I am looking for a job.... that first contract person is a reflection of AAA and also one that speaks spanish would be helpful too. Lori is my agent from the farmers lane office. Lori is a total asset to AAA and she is a perfect example of how every employee should act. Lori cares about each one of AAA customers. so I would really look into this problem because you have received 4.2 rating but it will not last. A bad review goes far. and Good Luck. I am waiting in line at Farmers Lane offices ...no more at this office.

I am not happy with this AAA location. The welcome staff are friendly enough, but they dont understand the purpose of"service"! There could be a full house of people waiting to take care of various things, usually DMV, and all the staff cares about is thier break, or needing to shutdown the computers for an audit? Really!!!! This is not the time to do any of those things. You have people waiting here....Your breaks should be when the office is empty, and your computer audits should be done when you close the doors! Whos managing this place?

Unhelpful and rude. Seemed to genuinely enjoy telling us we couldnt use their services. I came in with my dad (a aaa member in California on the title) but were told we couldnt take him off the title with them unless I was also member. Despite paying AAA for more than 20 years, they cant help him file a tiny piece of paper. I dont even live in this state.). I used to be very pleased when I was a member (4 or 5 years ago), but I will never become a member again because aaa doesnt care about helping people anymore.

Dont like the new modern setup its super weird to me. I liked it the old way, I dont want to lounge on weird furniture in a weird lobby. Seems to take longer too. I was 4th and it took over a half an hour. They were faster before.

The front desk staff was very nice, the agent that helped me was knowledgeable and helpful, and the waiting experience at this new office is much nicer than standing in line at their old facility.

Great place to go take care of routine DMV matters without having to wait quite so long in line. Also, their roadside assistance is a great service, though that isnt specific to this office.
