Cant say enough positive reasons why Northbay Roofing & Gutters is a top notch company. 1. Great, reasonable pricing, no after the fact gouging on price. 2. Works was done ahead of schedule, and left my house cleaner then when they arrived. 3. Workmanship was outstanding, the guys that showed up acted like total professionals and obviously knew what they were doing. Was a little stressed out about who I should use to replace my roof, but after the project was done I am super grateful I used Northbay Roofing & Gutters.

I cant speak for the service they provide but I can speak as to their carelessness towards fellow residents of Sonoma County. I was nearly killed by a Northbay Roofing truck on 6/4/2014 at 2:45 pm. The plate number was 7K67107. The driver was weaving in and out of heavy traffic on 101 south at about 85 MPH in a very large work truck. I watched the driver cut off another car by driving over the gore point on the Hearn exit. It is only a matter of time before someone working for this company kills someone.

Great job by Northbay Roofing & Gutters - after finally deciding to have them do the work, and originally being told they were about 3 weeks out, they had a cancellation and were scheduled the very next day. They even showed us why we would benefit from having an additional downspout added, telling us it didnt need to be done now but perhaps in the future. We decided since they were onsite, to add it, and the additional cost was minimal. Very responsive, great quality.

Northbay Roofing and Gutters, a family business, did a new roof for our warehouse recently. Damien knows his stuff, having been in the business for a decade or more. He can repair or rebuilt, as necessary. His careful cleanup work was appreciated. He has excellent command of the materials and will keep you on the straight and narrow, making sure you have what you need at a reasonable price. I recommend his work.

North Bay just finished a replacement of a rear gutter on my home. The old gutter was installed with back fall and rusted through in 18 years. North Bay did a PRECISION job of replacement including adjusting the grade to flow. Luis and his helper were professional and cleaned up the area when done. THANKS. Northbay totally replaced the gutters and downspouts on our new house in February 2016. They showed up on time, did the work quickly, and charged what they said they would. So far the gutters are working as they should and its rained a lot over the past few days. If we ever need a new roof or repairs (hopefully not for many years!), I would use them again.
