Following a blustery rain/wind storm evidence of moisture appeared in one corner of the skylight. I called Carlson first thing this morning and they pulled two workers to come over within 90 minutes. Both were able to repair the problem which was the result of improper ridge installation (having nothing to do with the skylight or its installation) and were able to explain and show me exactly what had been going on as well as how they were going to repair the problem. Gregg at the office and the two workers were knowledgeable, accommodating, conscientious and courteous. I happily recommend Carlson roofing!

Mad to even give you one star debree and garbage ALL OVER, NAILS my kids have stepped on, on our porch shingles hanging from tree and window Trims now the rain hit and the gutter is filled flooding a stream into my window your job here is HORRIBLE ZERO STARS

They are clearly not above running some light extortion to get extra work. We wont use them again and you should avoid them because they are not trustworthy.
