Shane and his crew did a nice job on my projects. They re-roofed my older manufactured home that had some rotting rafters and decking. His crew worked hard and fast to complete the job. The pricing was competitive with other local roofing companies. Their clean-up after the job was great. We had a side building built by them as well. Another good job. We had an existing concrete pad that wasnt level, but they worked around that and my expectation were met or exceeded. Any issues with this project were communicated to Shane and he dealt with by him.

Dont hire them. Shane Moncy sent out unskilled, untrained men unsupervised to do a total tear down and rebuild of my roof. Now I have paid over 11,400 for a crooked roof with messy caulk in plain sight and I have to call the Board to suspend his contractors license until he pays for another contractor to tear off the roof and redo it at Coastlines expense. He hires unskilled workers and turns them loose to make a mess so he can make a bigger profit. Dont turn him or his monkeys loose on your property or you will be sorry.

Not only was Coastline the lowest bid from several others that were up to twice as much, they were the only company that itemized the estimates. They did an excellent job in the installation of the roof and the cleanup too.
