Jason Vaughan (owner) and his staff both the crew that came out and the office staff were all great. We had a leaky roof is a few spots that was being mitigated by tarps. 1st they sent out a couple of guys to see if they could assess the problem and fix it, in my case it was beyond the quick fix stage. They still took steps to reduce the leaks and informed me with what I had already guessed I needed to have a tear off and replacement. The Previous roof was installed very poorly with many short cuts. Once things were settled we made the down payment for materials and were on the list. The date came near Jaclyn contacted us to let us know of a few cancellations due to people being out of town and asked if we would like to get bumped up we jumped on the opportunity. The crew asked when they could show up and get to work I said 8 AM worked great for me. They started showing up around 7:30 and fully assembled and ready to go by 8 AM. The crew was very courteous and informative. I asked to be informed/shown anything that might be a problem no matter how minor and they did not disappoint. They even pointed out that I had several Cedar siding boards on the split level that had large splits/cracks down the middle allowing water to get in behind. A quick call to Jason and they were happy to fix the problem ( I purchased the replacement siding boards while they were working on the roof). Once the roof was completed back up to the roof we went and they went over everything and gave opportunity for questions etc and explained the things that were fixed/repaired above and beyond standard tear off and replacement. The crew was very thorough each day in cleaning up the area and on the final day I walked around the house 3 x with the guys and we only found a few small things that were missed on their first round. All in all great job. I would not hesitate to do business with Orion again and have already started recommending them to co-workers.

Knowledgeable, honest, and dependable I got 3 quotes from different companies. Although they were all similar in price, one company wouldnt address the patio cover that was causing rotting problems, another company did offer a solution, but Orion offered 2 solutions. One was what the other company suggested, but they also pointed out the minor flaw in that solution and offered a better option but would cost slightly more. Thats when I realized Orion crews were focused on the details and not just on the quick and easy. The crew was respectable of the property and cleaned up every night before going home. If I had questions, they were happy to answer and make sure I understood what they were doing and why so that I was happy. They took pictures of what was being done and shared them with me. During the process there were 2 issues that were unforeseeable. On both occasions we discussed the options and they went the extra effort to get it how they would want it to be done if it was their home. They truly treat your home like it was theirs. Orion is invested in your home and not just in the profits. I could not be happier with the work they did and the care they had. They were wonderful to work with from the front office to the roofing crew at my place. I highly recommend Orion for their quality, respect, knowledge and honesty.

I recently hired Orion Roofing & Sheet metal to tear off and re-roof an apartment complex that I own. We previously went with another local company that claimed to have experience working on flat roofs and commercial buildings but obviously they didnt. The roof failed and we had to redo the whole thing. We did a lot of research before picking another company fix the mess and Im sure glad we went with Orion.I felt safe going with a company thats been around for 20+ years under the same name & same CCB they started with. Their track record looked great on paper but once I met with the guys I was even more impressed. Jason, Pedro and the crew were fantastic to work with. They were punctual, organized and kept the property in pristine condition during the project. I was very impressed with their product knowledge and overall professionalism. I would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

Orion roofings bid was around the middle of the different companies we asked to do an appraisal. We settled on them to do our roof replacement based on the numerous other positive reviews we had read. Our roof had developed a leak,and required quite a few boards to be replaced in addition to the normal job. The team did excellent, quality work. It took two days and at the end of each day the area was cleared of any debris, and at the end of the job everything was put back in its place. The foreman made sure all my questions were answered, and went above and beyond what was needed, also taking care of some siding which had gone bad due to water damage. Im extremely pleased by the work they have done, and highly recommend them.

They crew did a great job! Each evening, before they left, they cleaned up after themselves. And when the job was completed, they raked all the beds so everything looked better than before they started. Orion employees are all on the payroll. Theyre insured, so if someone gets hurt, you wont be sued. They so not hire day laborers. The crew boss makes sure you understand what theyre doing and shows you videos of anything that needs attention. Orion wasnt the lowest bid among quality roofers, but I negotiated a competitive price when I told them the numbers from other roofers. And you will get a discount for cash or if youre a senior. Neighbors intend to hire them next year after seeing the quality work they did for us.

We have lived in our partially flat roofed Rummer home for 28 years. This is the third roof we have had to have installed. We are so pleased with Orions work that we are recommending them to our neighbors. We experienced knowledgeable and communicative estimator and crew supervisors (Pedro Cruz and brothers). They know what they are talking about and what they are doing. The rest of the crew was polite, hard working, and neat. We had added some extra sheet metal for our fascia, which ended up taking much longer than expected to install. It was done with no extra charge beyond the estimate and no complaint. Replacement of some dry rot was reasonably priced and done well. Rummer roofs are tough. I think they got it!

This winter we began to have small leaks in our roof. Orion roofing came out, helped determine that we did actually need a new roof and thus helped tarp the roof until they were able to put a new roof on. The new roof is now on the house and Orion did a fantastic job. The crew that was at our house worked hard, I could tell they cared about quality craftsmanship, they were very professional and the process of clean up after each work day and then at the end of the project, again things were very well done. I would highly recommend anyone needing a new roof to contact Orion Roofing. You will not be disappointed.
