Pacific Capital Holdings (dba Pacific Capital Constructions) gave me a very resonable bid on repair/replacement of my roof. It was determined that everything needed to be removed and 8 sheets of rotted plywood needed replacement. Plywood, 2 layers of felt, new shingles, and side molding were installed. Clean up was extremely good--found no nails or debris around the place. If your looking for a roofer that is very good and reasonably priced, contact Pacific Capital Holdings.
