I am very happy with my new roof! The Best Roofing team did an excellent job of tearing off the old roof and hand nailing the new roof. I was concerned that some of the flowers and plantings around my home would suffer from the job but the guys did an excellent job of making sure nothing came off the roof into my garden. They kept the job site absolutely clean. Don Shuflin of Best Roofing first roofed our home over twenty years ago when we bought the house. He hand nailed each shingle and we have never had a problem with shingles blowing off. We never had to worry about our roof through the Oregon Coast storms and high winds. It was an excellent job, but time and weather take their toll and it was time to replace the whole roof. The Best Roofing team tore off the old roof and replaced it with high quality roofing that should last a lot longer. It only took them about two days to do the whole job! The workmen were prompt, cheerful and efficient and I really appreciate the great job they did. I am confident this new roof will last many years through the harsh Oregon Coast weather and storms. Its nice to know I wont have to worry about leaks and repairs! I would highly recommend Best Roofing for your roofing needs.

Just had our 2nd roofing experience with BEST ROOFING and both experiences went smoothly and to our satisfaction. Six years ago we had a leak show up on house #1 and BEST ROOFING responded quickly to our call for help, traced the leak, and repaired it. This time with a different house, reroofing was needed. The whole process was PROFESSIONAL from beginning to end. Don arrived to give a bid the day after our call. His explanation of the bid/proposal was thorough, and included options... product samples were available to handle and compare. The bid was competitive and with a proposed start time of the following week. Our experience with the crew was just as easy and professional as with the owner... they arrived on time and completed the job when they said they would. Tarps were laid to protect landscaping. Yes, it was noisy inside, (stressful for the dogs) but what else could be expected when removing old shingles, moving around 80 lb bundles, and hammering shingles in.place. The guys were skilled craftsmen, with not even one bent or lost nail found on the ground afterward. The roof looks great! We are 100% satisfied with BEST ROOFING. . . .

We had used Best Roofing to reroof our house and garage 8 years ago. We were and are completed satisfied with the work and the price. The owner recently solicited us to try their roof cleaning Moss treatment. They offered to do a free treatment and assessment of our roof health. They came out as scheduled. It was explained that the treatment was a moss kill granule that is supposedly safe while it kills only the moss on the roof and in the gutters. We received the treatment free of charge and an assessment of possible further cleaning if we so choose to do for a reasonable cost. Ultimately, I would not pay for this treatment at a later date until I researched further the environmental impact to our plants, pets and soil. My wife and I believe they honored their commitment to us. We would be happy to contact them again with any additional roofing needs.

Last summer I ordered and paid for a roof repair on my Neskowin home. they came when they said they would and did the repair. A few months later I noticed that the roof was damaged in the same place. I called and asked them to come look at it and to make the repair. they said they wouldnt be able to come for a few weeks and suggested I ask another roofer. I said I would like them to inspect the roof to see if their was a faulty repair or to look to see if the area around the repair wasnt stabilized. The owner5, without looking at the job thought it was likely new damage. Although this is possible, he never has come to look at the roof. It is very unprofessional to not inspect the work especially with the job being less than six months old.

I needed to get old cedar shakes removed and new roof put on. Although I got a cheaper bid from a different contractor, I decided to go with BEST because I thought hand nailing was better than using nail guns and also because BEST said they could complete my job in two days (which they were able to do). The guys who came out were hard workers and I thought the quality of work was very good to excellent. They also cleaned up around the house afterwards. I would recommend Best Roofing Company of Lincoln City for anyone needing a new roof based on my experience with them.

This is a great crew with which to work. Don is professional and down-home friendly. He explained the process and answered all questions. The supervisor of the job always kept us informed as to what was going on and what they were doing with regard to repairs (flashing, plywood replacement, possible additional costs,etc.). They showed up on time, worked fast, removed previous 2 layers and finished in two days just in time for much rain! My son-in-law (a contractor) also visited and said it was qualitiy work and he was pleased. Thank you so much. We are leak free for sure!

Terrible just called to get a estimate and i was informed since they had already given us a bid for a different job a couple years ago and didnt get the job they werent going to waste there time doing a bid again. Told us to call whoever we gave the work to the first time mind you completely new management had taken place since this and the company that did it for us the first time is no longer in buinsess due to a death.

My familys home had a leaky roof and unfortunately we couldnt find the leak ourselves. We called Best Roofing and they came out and found the leak and fixed the problem. A different time we needed to have a leaky skylight repaired and they took care of that, too. Both times Best Roofing Company came to our home, they were very courteous and did a great job. The price was reasonable, too! I highly recommend them!

Dons Best Roofing Company has been in business in Lincoln County 25 years. They hand nail all their roof projects, because the roofs last longer here on the Oregon Coast. Their vehicles are always clean, they are professional and on time, they complete the project as proposed, and they leave the place clean when they go. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a quality roof that will last decades.

Paid for an estimate, they promised to hand write on site. the person that showed up never even went on the roof and said they dont do estimates on site. They have never given me the estimate I paid for . You can not trust this company.
