Some companies do a good job as long as you are watching. Some companies do a good job as long as you are willing to pay a premium price. Some companies do a good job as long as it doesnt inconvenience them. All of these routinely get 5-star ratings. Fisher Roofing came out and handled a complicated job on our house, tearing off shakes that had been installed incorrectly 30 years ago, then tying the existing roof into a newly constructed addition with a difficult resulting cricket, and adding two skylights in what had been a dark entry/living room. They did a superb job on all counts. Their price wasnt the absolute cheapest available, but it was far from the most expensive, to be sure. They did the work when scheduled, was professional and extremely efficient (you dont see their employees sitting around watching one another!) and they cleaned up after themselves to a degree that surprised us. Then, when we had a slight problem on the roof--as it was, it was *not* a result of their work--and they came out, fixed the problem at no charge to us and made no fuss about it! They didnt even make it a point to tell me what a favor they had done for me! I am convinced that you will not find another roofing business (and precious few businesses of any kind) driven with the desire to do a great job, responding to its customers because it respects them as people, and superbly performing its work the way it does because that is who they are as a business rather than because this is what someone expects of them.

I acquired four quotes from four different companies. Except for one quote that that was significantly higher than all the others, Fisher and all the other companies gave quotes within a few hundred dollars of each other. Fisher gave the lowest quote, but the differences were not significant enough to make that the deciding factor. I instead looked at more subjective factors. Fishers quoter gave a good description of the costs and numerically defined what costs might be added if he found unseen damage under the roof. He did not try to upsell me on other add-ins. He took time to give more than a cursory inspection of my roof. He told me he would also be the foreman of the job (he did supervise the job). I trusted his word, but he could cite significant experience actually roofing himself. The other quoters did not seem like they wanted to get their hands dirty. My experience with the roofing went well. It fit the timeline he gave me. He informed me on the status throughout the process. Shortly after completion, it rained hard. No leaks. My only complaint would be that Fishers truck damaged my yard a bit getting the shingles off. However, the crew had few choices for placement of their truck, and I fixed it fairly easily. So I am letting that one go.

We needed our gutters cleaned and a roof inspection for any servicing/repairs. We received a call back the same day telling us project managers were booked about 3 weeks out. No problem. About 2.5 weeks later we received a call from Mike (a project manager) and we had a good 10 minute conversation about what we wanted: a bid on gutter cleaning and any roof repairs (we have miss we want removed) and since we are 18 years into a 20 year roof, a bid on a new roof for our records. We even discussed that a gutter cleaning and any repairs would be about 3 weeks out, but a whole roof would be several months out. I assured him we needed the gutter and inspection/repairs and the roof replacement was for a later determination. A week later I got an email fro Mike that said "I went by your house, your roof needs replaced." With a bid for a new roof and nothing about gutter cleaning or anything else. I thanked him for the roof bid and asked him for a bid o. The gutter cleaning and any further details on the roof (can it be repaired? How much life is left? Etc). I got no response. We waited 3 weeks for a service we were never quoted and now we found another roofing company that gave us a bid for gutter cleaning and we will be using them when we replace the roof.

Recently, your company installed the roof and four skylights on our new shop in Cinebar, Washington. We feel compelled to write this letter of appreciation as a result of that installation. What a great job your crew did! From our first phone call to the completion of the roof, dealing with you has been a very positive experience. And, our project did present some difficulties: over 100 miles from your shop; the need to wait for other contractors to finish; an urgency to get the roof covered due to rain and a change in the work order when we decided near the last minute to add four skylights. We called late one afternoon to say the builders were done and your crew arrived the next morning at 9:00am. The roof looks terrific as do the skylights. I recently had a new roof installed on my house, and I am extremely pleased with the finished product and with the customer service I received from Fisher Roofing. A friend of mine recommended them, and they got me a quote promptly along with an information packet that spelled out exactly what materials they would use. Their installers were professional and courteous and worked with us on scheduling and minimizing disruptions from the work. They kept us informed about what they were doing throughout the installation and even texted pictures of the progress to keep us informed. After installation, they even cleaned up all of the mess and used magnets to check for any nails on the ground. Its been a few months since the installation, and weve had no problems with the roof and it looks great!

You guys are the best. From the project manger (Michael), to the installers, and the clean up crew, everyone was courteous, hard working, and thorough. We had a new roof put on our house and barn, and both jobs were completed quickly and efficiently. I received several bids for the job, and chose your company because of the customer service I received from the first call. Michael came out and measured the project, explained the options, and answered all our questions. And although we didn’t choose to use it, it was nice to know that there was a financing option available too. This year, I had them come back out and clean the roof and gutters on the house. They did a great job with that as well. I would highly recommend Fisher Roofing for any roofing project.

Fisher Roofing have excellent customer service and good business ethics! I had my roof replaced by the company with the PM Mike H. and he is a very polite and professional representation of Fisher Roofing. On a snowy and stormy day last week, the skylight was blowing in wind and drizzle of snow, and Ive called them. Mike came out today when the weather is better, and fixed the issue. Yes, it was something that were slightly missed, but the point is that they he came and fixed it on time as promised. For almost the past two years, Ive referred my friends to them, and I am happy to say that I did the right thing by referring friends to them!
