Was was just randomly thinking about my experience with river roofing today, and figured it was such a positive experience, that they deserved a review. So here is how my experience went. I had three different roofing companies come look at my roof to make a bid. River Roofing was the first company I called, and they were quick, strait to the point with a quote, and very affordable. Next I had a smaller company come take a look, and the guy complained the whole time, and asked how attached I am to my gutters, because they were a pain to work around. The 3rd company tried to get me to sit through a 2 hr presentation to convince me why I should pay twice the amount river roofing was charging. In the end I went with river roofing, and recived the most professional service possible at a surprisingly affordable price.

Outstanding company. The bid was correct and very competitive, every person from billing, to installers was incredibly professional. Roof was installed efficiently, we hardly even knew they were working while they installed an entirely new roof on my business, while we were working!!! My plan and vision for the roof to be a major part of our architectural design was completed to perfection. We recently completed a large remodel of my office, and I have to say that working with River Roofing was by far the easiest part of the remodel. Everybody was helpful during the design phase, and we couldnt be happier. I will most definitely be using River Roofing for ALL of my roofing needs.

Were really happy with the results! The materials and quality of the work was top-notch. We had a short difficult interaction with the lead and one of his helpers when my wife and I asked a few questions about the work. They treated us like it was a big deal to answer our questions and I didnt appreciate their attitude and response. I suppose roofers dont get much experience with customer service so we let it go. Despite this little bump, we have recommended River Roofing to our friends and the (many) neighbors who have stopped by.

RR did a good job. Nice people also. I recommend them for reroofing. They started July 20 and got 90% done in a week or two but then took till Late Sept to finally complete. But it wasnt a problem for me. I did have to ask them to do some more clean up and fix some minor things (vents) and they did so promptly.
