My primary reason for wanting a new roof was to add insulation while saving my beautiful old natural wood cathedral ceiling. I also knew there was some dry rot in the eaves and I wanted to install solar tubes in two dark corners. The old ugly gutters needed replacing. I needed much more than a crew of roofers to put shingles on my house. You met that need with experienced craftsmen who could formulate a plan, then make it a reality, and accomplish it all in a very short window of time. The crew kept the disruption to a minimum, effectively protected my property from damage and diligently cleaned up before leaving for the day. They worked together like a choreographed dance team. No one was idle and each person could anticipate what needed to happen next. I was kept informed when unexpected issues required that I make a decision. Every bit of dry rot was replaced and every bit of carpentry was done to perfection – the new melding perfectly with the old. The entire job speaks of quality craftsmanship using quality materials. This is exactly what I wanted. These past few days as I sat inside with afternoon temperatures as high as ninety-eight degrees outside, the inside temperature had not yet raised high enough to start the air conditioner. The rigid foam insulation system you installed over the old cathedral ceiling is amazing. In past years, the A/C would have been running constantly and the house would not have been this comfortable. Over the last three very hot days, the A/C has only turned on in the evening and the “on” cycles are short in duration. The change inside is better than expected. I love my new roof. It is structurally sound, makes the temperature inside comfortable, and architecturally adds dimension and improves the look of the house. It makes me feel cozy and safe knowing that all problems were addressed and fixed before the new shingles were put down. I found your company through a friend’s recommendation and I will be recommending Cascade Roofing anytime the opportunity arises. You are definitely a “can do” company that takes pride in its work. Everyone has been friendly, helpful, and responsive. As I write this check I know that every penny was well spent. Thank you so much for my beautiful new roof!

Clayton with Cascade looked at our roof several years ago & bid the cost of replacement; however he told us we did not need a new roof yet - we had a few good years left with the existing one. He was straight with us, did not pressure us to buy a roof we did not need. So in January when we thought we had a problem we called Cascade - on a weekend! - and got a person! I was amazed. Clayton came here again; turned out there was no leak, but the time had come for replacement and he quoted the job. We contacted two other companies for bids as well; the bids were comparable. We accepted Cascades bid and waited for spring. Materials were delivered on Friday, & on Monday at 8 am the crew arrived to start work. Friendly, hard-working, competent, safe, and considerate guys. (Oh and Carolyn in the office is so nice to deal with!) It took them a day and a half to tear off the old and replace with new, which is what was quoted. When they were done, our property was scrupulously cleaned up - not a nail to be found. And they sent a thank-you gift as well! We are so pleased with Cascade & would recommend them to anyone!

I must say I am completely impressed with the level of customer service we received from Cascade Roofing. The first winter after purchasing our new home, we noticed there was a near a skylight. I called Cascade and they sent someone out the next day to inspect the problem. He tarred the flashing around he skylight and stopped the leak, free of charge. The following winter, the same skylight began to leak again, and I called Cascade. Again, they sent someone out promptly and sealed the leak, for free. I felt owed Cascade at least the first bid to redo our entire roof this summer. After meeting with Daniel, Cascades bid came well below what we expected and gladly had them replace the roof. When it turned out we needed more than 15 sheets of plywood replaced, we were relieved to learn that we were only charged the product cost, and no additional labor to replace the wood. Overall, we couldnt have been more pleased with Cascade. They made a very daunting project seem effortless and easy. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone, including my grandmother! I am most impressed Cascade Roofing. Their quality of work, speed, price, and attentiveness to detail are all outstanding. During the consultation prior to submitting a bid, they carefully laid out our choices, associated costs, as well as their recommendations. The day they showed up, they came ready to rock and roll with a large, completely self-sufficient and self-contained crew. We have a medium large two-story house with very steep roofs. In two days they were done, including replacing a few water damaged pieces of plywood. The job they did was truly outstanding. In addition, they agreed to roof a large new attached shed I had yet to build. Six months later, when I was near completion, they provided consultation as to how best manage the attachment to the house. They completed the roofing in one day to the same high quality standards as the rest of the house. I highly recommend Cascade Roofing!

Replacing a roof is a huge investment in your home, so choosing a good roofing company is understandably a big decision. We obtained several bids and Cascade Roofing was the second lowest, but even more than price, our informative meetings with Daniel and our research on the company is what sold us. The day of our project the crew showed up bright and early and wasted no time getting down to business. All of the guys worked extremely hard and I am still somewhat amazed at what they were able to accomplish in a single day! I cant recommend this company highly enough, they were outstanding to work with from start to finish. The kind of experience you hope to have with every major home project.

This company put a roof on our garage a few months ago. We were very happy with everything about the process..the planning for the project, the cost, the quality of the work, and the followup. Im usually a little cranky about dealing with contractors, especially in terms of miscommunications and frequent lack of any real follow up, and its not very often that I am completely satisfied with how a contractor does a job. But Cascade does everything right as far as I am concerned and I wouldnt hesitate at all to use them again or to recommend them to friends and relatives. I wish there were more companies out there this good.

I contacted a number of roofing companies in the area before I decided to go with Cascade, and I am glad they did. Every aspect of the job was handled with professionalism, from the first visit by Daniel to give me an estimate to the followup conversations after the job was finished. They started on time, they finished on time, and there were no surprises along the way. I also could not be more pleased with the workmanship. The house looks fantastic. Thanks Cascade.
