Deciding to put roof on house is a large undertaking. We had been putting it off for a few years then decided it was past time so we interviewed and received quotes from 6 different companies. We decided IBEX Roof was the company that we wanted putting on a standing seam metal roof, with 30 lb felt with complete tear off of existing roof. Their quote was accurate and was consistent with the other bids received. It was nice, even though unexpected, that they did not need a down payment prior to completing the work. The day before the project was to begin all the roofing materials were delivered to the house. The first day the foreman introduced himself and his crew, then asked for permission to park trucks and port-a-potty. They were on time, professional, quality workers – no sub-contractors. Everyone was incredibly polite, respectful and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. They have their own truck where they placed all of our old shingles and other material they took off of the roof. They removed old vents, replaced pipe vents, flashing, and cut the slit down the middle of the roof for the ridge vent, and even replaced a few sheets of plywood. It was nice that we did not have to deal with a dumpster and they cleaned up the area at the end of each day. IBEX really went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. The foreman made a special trip out to the house during the first major rainstorm after the project was finished just to check on us to make sure everything was perfect. A couple of days after the project was completed the owner stopped by to double-check the work. He spotted one small area that he felt didn’t meet his extremely high standards. The next day a member of the crew came out and made the change he wanted. Would definitely recommend IBEX Roof as they were wonderful to deal with and we would use them again.

Awesome company. This last major storm blew off dozens of shingles that had been STAPLED on. STAPLED!!!! Seriously??!! We decided that instead of repairing the area we would re-shingle the whole roof. I called two other roofing companies but never got a call back (not cool). I discovered IBEX Roof on Angies list and saw great reviews so I called. Honestly they should have been my first choice and they will be in the future. Kirk arrived on time and gave us different shingle options. We made our pick based on the detailed information provided and he gave us an estimate which was much lower than I expected. On roofing day the crew arrived on time and immediately began work. Jesus (foreman) explained what would happen and asked if I had any questions. He told me that if I had any questions during the job to feel free and ask because he wanted to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction (ok I admit it. I must have had a shocked look on my face). They finished the job in one day and cleaned up the area nicely. Jesus did a walk around with me explaining the things done and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He then gave me his business card. All I can say is how happy I was with the service. They are very professional and courteous and go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I would highly recommend them. Now if only all businesses were like IBEX Roof........oh well I guess we cant have everything.

Kirk, Travis and the IBEX crew were professional, punctual, hard working and friendly in completing roof and gutter repairs on the house and grounds were completely cleaned when the job was completed. After tornado damage, an emergency call was made to IBEX and within a few hours, Travis was able to tarp damaged portions of the roof and prevent water damage inside the house. Kirk identified additional repair costs that were overlooked by the insurance company and provided a detailed line item description so the insurance company could quickly approve. Kirk brought a sample of new shingles and we saw a color difference in comparing to original shingles. He explained they could complete repairs so color difference would not be that noticeable from the street. Also, Kirk showed me some moss growth on a shaded part of the roof and said they would remove the moss and spread moss killer at no additional cost. Very impressed with IBEX and quality of work. Great work ethics. I would definitely use them again.

We’re so pleased with our new roof but even more pleased to recommend IBEX. Everyone we interacted with was respectful, honest and delightful. Our research gave us several good reputable options but IBEX far and away was our top choice. From Kirk to Jesus and all the great guys between then, everyone was top notch. It was horrifically rainy and cold the week our roof was replaced and the crew worked until dark both days to get the job done. Scouring the yard at the end of the job to pick up all scraps and debris that had fallen, in the pouring down rain/hail. We were so impressed at that point with our beautiful new roof and gutter guards but it didn’t stop there. They came back on day 3 to do some replacing of a piece of hardiplank siding with no extra cost to us – Even offered to paint it! We feel confident in the job they did, and their commitment and should we need them again in the future, would not hesitate. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

I called Kirk and left him a voice mail in the afternoon. He called back within just a few hours. We have a chimney that leaked last year and was not repaired correctly. We also needed someone to take down an old satellite dish off the roof and see if it needed any repairs where it was installed. His crew was at my house early the next morning to take a look and fixed both problems on the spot. They were very courteous and knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. They finished the job in good time, cleaned up their mess and thanked me for my business. That afternoon Kirk called me to make sure that I was happy with their service and said he appreciated the business and asked if I would write a review for him. I would definitely call him again for any other roofing issues and would recommend him highly.

Talk about "above and beyond" service. I had my roof done by another company -- not Ibex -- 9 years ago, with a 10-year warranty, and now it was leaking. Fortunately for me, though that company had folded, Ibex purchased them. Ibex was not obligated to fix my leaky roof -- but Kirk said hed do it if it was only a couple of hours of labor and minimal supplies, which it turned out thats all I needed. No charge! Jacob did the repair, and its really been raining big time -- no leaks! So if you want a roofing company that does good work AND stands behind their work and promises, you can count on Ibex. Ill call them first for any future work I need, thats for sure.

A true 5 star review. As a fellow salesman, I notice the good ones and the bad. This was one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had. From the beginning when we needed a timely estimate, Kirk was on time, communicated well about his findings and gave us options for a solution. Ibex turned around the quote faster than any of the competition, and followed it up with a courtesy call to let me know that they had emailed it to me. The pricing was very competitive and the job was completed very promptly. I will refer anyone that needs roofing help to Ibex. So impressed with the entire process. You have a customer for life!
