I first became aware of Advanced Roofing while observing them replace a roof in our neighborhood. I was particularly interested in following their progress because our roof was also in need of replacement. Their crew had a neat personal appearance and was very professional in doing their work. After they had completed the job, I talked to the homeowner to see if he would recommend Advanced and he was very positive about his experience with them. I decided to go ahead and replace our roof and went to local roofing materials suppliers to look at material options and to find out who the best roofing installers were in our area. I also called the manufacturer of the shingles that I had selected (they are a local northwest company) and spoke to their field representative to get his recommendation of a top quality roofer. In each case I learned that Advanced Roofing was among the best. I obtained quotes from Advanced and two other roofing contractors that I had learned where also very good and found that Advanced was very competitive. I finally selected them to install our roof and I am very happy with the outcome. Over the period of about two months, Advanced Roofing replaced five roofs in our neighborhood.

This is the second roof Advanced Roofing has done for us. The first roof was put on about 15 years ago and we never had an issue with it. When we bought a new house and the roof needed replacing, we once again went with Advanced Roofing. The installation went well and once again, we are left with a nice looking roof. The installers did a great job of cleaning up after they were done. In addition to the roof, they also replaced two skylights. Overall, the price was competitive. I would not hesitate using them a third time.

Had a reroof 18 months ago. Recently had shingles popping up. Called Berk to come check it out, blamed the issues on me. I had another roofer come out to check it out. They found numerous issues with advanceds installation. Not only was the job not up to code, but they didnt even file the required County permit! Now I have to go to court for reroofing and mold damage. Pay a little more, do your research and please stay away from this company!

Roof leaked right after installation. Roofer would not stand behind his guarantee and blamed numerous issues for the leak. Had to have another roofer out to re-roof one side. They uncovered the leak, fixed the problem and it has never leaked since. Roofers place of business is a post office box.
