All I wanted was a simple, short, mans haircut but on Thursday, Sep. 4 2008, I had my hair butchered by one of the "stylists." It literally looked like she had cut it using a pair of garden shears with her eyes closed. I almost asked her to stop cutting while I was in the chair but unfortunately, I didnt have the gall. I did, however, request a refund. She told me that she understood but that I would have to return when the manager was on duty. I told her that by then I would have buzzed off all my hair (the only way to fix it at that point) and asked if she would vouch for me. She said she would. When I returned, the manager said they do not offer refunds and that her staff reported that the haircut was fine. I successfully proved her a liar by providing digital photos, at which time the manager begrudgingly refunded my $17.

I went to this Supercuts located on 4th street near Barnes and Noble and the Russian River Brewing Co. and one of the stylist cut so deep that she left me with two bald spots. I thought it was suspicious because she didnt show me the back of my head with a mirror like is customary at the end. I only realized it when I got home and I was told what a bad job the stylist did. Its been a few weeks and the spots have not recovered yet. This is the last time I enter those doors, I have been a customer for two year, they used to have some good stylists. Now they just seem to hire anyone that has two hands and a heartbeat... I wouldnt recommend anyone coming here, not even those I dont get along with! Its better to pay a few more bucks for good service from professionals than these amateurs who will butcher your hair.

This store is not only professional but fun! There is definitely a vibe of acceptance and community amongst the stylists, the music is always really good and on the door the last time I was there was a sign dedicated to tolerance and love. Heather is the supervisor for this store and is the most pleasant person I know who easily manages her staff with her calm demeanor and easy laugh. I love coming here, my haircuts are always great and I leave there feeling that I had hair therapy for 1/2 hour. Also the product selection is great!

Mary is awesome with my 3 kids & always does very very well with my youngest son, who is 2.5 years old! She is the only person I trust to cut his hair because it has always looked perfect & she has a lot of patients with his wiggling around. She has also cut my hair & I have loved the styles she does for me. She listens to what I want & doesnt just do whatever she wants to do. So grateful to have found Mary @ supercuts.

Ive used a series of different hair salons at different times I always seem to find someone that cuts my hair just right then disappears after 6 months to another salon. Needless to say when I find someone that does it right I stick with the same place. Ali has been cutting my hair for the last two years and has always done a great job. Highly Recommended!

I could not beleive how awesome my haircut is for 17$. A hair cutter named Kris cut my hair and she was great. She liked football too. I have paid as much as 32$ for a haircut here in Sonoma county and it was never better than this.. Thanks Kris. PS is five bucks the right tip??

Good place for a general haircut. Have been here approximately 8 times and the quality of your haircut really depends on the cutter that luck hands you. Some are great, some might need additional instruction. Overall good experiences. Especially considering the price.
