I found platinum saloon and Dawn Houseman after I moved back to the states and my old hair dresser retired. I am rather picky when it comes to my hair, but I couldnt be happier. I like that they dont try to shove products down your throat, which allowed for our professional-customer relationship to develop more naturally over time. Dawn, especially, is amazing and takes what I want seriously, but additionally she is really good at adjusting what I want to my head of hair. She is the best.

I was referred to Kristen by a friend and when I was having a hard time finding someone to take care of my hair. What a favor my friend did! Kristen is pleasant, competent and caring! Rachel may be the BEST when it comes to shampoos! I schedule my appointments only when Kristen and Rachel are available.

Never been in before, service from the phone call to the checkout was professional and friendly. Atmosphere was comfy and spacious. When it comes to hair my stylist Kristen knew what to do and gave me a good haircut. Only $40 for a cut. Will be coming back for next cut :)
