I love Diana at Nevaeh! She is great at doing hair - color, highlights, cuts, etc., and she is fast too! I am so glad to have found her a few years ago, and I highly recommend her. Shes got a great personality too. The salon is a little tucked away off of Hwy 99W across from H Mart in Tigard.
