We thought that buying a home was the biggest decision wed ever make... until we had to sell that same home 2 years later because of an amazing career opportunity. Then we realized that finding a good real estate agent was actually the biggest decision we would have to make. Who do you trust to sell the investment that has taken your entire life to buy? After interviewing 3 agents, who all had success in our neighborhood, Elizabeth and team stood out as the clear best choice to represent us and our home on the market. Elizabeth was warm and personable while still managing to be honest. She never told me what I wanted to hear, she always told me what I needed to hear. My reality was a tough one - we had only owned our home for 2 years and we were moving out of state (and paying rent elsewhere) before the home went on the market. We also had a unique home that only a "certain type of buyer" would fall in love with. Talk about stressful! Elizabeth and team put my family at ease by introducing us to an exceptionally talented staging company and clearly laying out her marketing strategy - which wholeheartedly embraced technology and the needs of the evolving home buyer! She, of course, did the standard old-school marketing techniques like pictures and pamphlets. But she also put our home online with a dedicated website including this amazing 3D virtual tour. She even has special status with sites like Redfin and Trulia, and Zillow so that our property would get great visibility for the self-service type of buyer. All of these marketing avenues meant that if that "certain type of buyer" was in the market they would absolutely see our home. But, her strategy didnt end there. She also had a plan - timed out to the day - for exactly how she wanted to get the home on the market and schedule the first open house. Her plan was so incredibly successful that our street was overrun with cars and people were forced to park several blocks away to attend our open house! All this foot traffic lead to 7 - thats right SEVEN - offers above asking in the first 3 days. But, escrow is really when you find out if you picked the right agent. And escrow is absolutely where Elizabeth shined. She warned us that selling a house is only done when the money is in your bank account. She encouraged us to get multiple backup offers and stay calm (cause, I mean we had 7 offers above asking... we were excited!). I cant tell you how many times Elizabeths gut was spot on. We ended up experiencing what happens to a lot of people - our first accepted offer pulled out on day 2 of escrow. (And I must admit, Elizabeth did warn us this might happen before we chose them. Our judgement was fogged by the money.) But, without skipping a beat Elizabeth wasted no time and was already priming the first backup offer. We were literally in escrow, again, the next day. She was nothing short of amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone or use her services again. We couldnt be more thankful to her and her team (and yes, the money is now in our bank account :) (Just in case the above review doesnt do it for you I have to share one more thing) Probably my favorite interaction with Elizabeth surprisingly came during the moment I had been dreading most.... agreeing on what price we should list the house for. Because I was already feeling the pain of paying for a mortgage AND rent elsewhere desperation came over me and I tried to completely devalue our home. I actually found myself trying to convince Elisabeth to list our home for WAY under value. She simply said "No, I will not let you throw your money away. I am not going to list it for that price. You will only attract buyers who cant pay what the home is worth." She said it in a way that was so ... matter-of-fact that I realized... wow! She really knows what she is doing! Clearly she was right and the home was priced perfectly - we ended up getting 7 offers, above asking!

I take great pleasure in writing this review about Elizabeth. She is a truly exceptional real estate agent, and I also know her as an efficient and conscientious property manager. Elizabeth was our agent when we bought a property for rental in Los Angeles in 2007. During this process we were impressed by Elizabeth’s efficiency and professionality. With her help the deal was quickly brought to a successful conclusion. Since we live abroad, we needed somebody to manage our property. Impressed by Elizabeth’s performance as a realtor, we asked if she could act as our property manager as well, at least for some time. Although she had a full time job as a real estate agent, she agreed to help us out. She stayed on the task for two years, and also helped us out for another year on a later occasion. In the years when Elizabeth could not do the management job, we have been using various management companies; and although property management is not her profession, Elizabeth is by far the best property manager we’ve had. Her performance was marked by efficiency, integrity and thoroughness. In particular, when there were problems with tenants, we were fortunate to have Elizabeth to handle the case. Another quality which sets Elizabeth apart is her helpfulness even after the job is done. She doesn’t sign off on previous clients, but stays in touch, asks how things are going, and offers to help. This became a blessing for us right now. We are having a serious issue with parking spaces at our condominium (several parking spaces have been deeded to more than one owner), and we suddenly found ourselves without a parking space (although we had paid for it when we bought the property). I had started a process of recovering the loss when we received one of Elizabeth’s friendly notes. As soon as she heard about our problems, she took action, and very soon things started to look better. The issue hasn’t been resolved yet, but with Elizabeth’s help, I feel we now are on the right track, and the prospects of obtaining a satisfactory solution have improved greatly. I wish to add that – unless we hire her for a specific task - Elizabeth never asks for compensation for her help. I am therefore glad that I have this opportunity to thank her. In conclusion: If you’re looking for an efficient, trustworthy, and out-of-the-ordinary helpful real estate agent, Elizabeth is the one to turn to. You are guaranteed top service and results, and she will follow you up long after the job has been done. I give her top marks in all categories.

Elizabeth is an excellent agent - shes very responsive, knowledgeable, and savvy. She ended up selling our Sherman Oaks condo for $27,000 more than our neighbors just 3 months after their unit sold (same size, # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms layout, etc). I believe ours sold for more because of how well Elizabeth managed the listing, staging, timing, open house and negotiations. She has a purposeful strategy that helps maximize the price. Elizabeth is on top of everything and likes to move fast, so she expects you to be on top of everything as well. We ended up selling for well above asking price with multiple offers. To give you an idea of how fast we moved (and I believe this is exceptional), we ended up with offers a week after listing, and entered escrow (after negotiations) a month after listing. I couldnt be happier with her abilities and service.
