It is about time!! Technology has finally caught up to facts! The single and sole purpose of AgentAce is to connect buyers and sellers of real estate with the best agent in a market based on your criteria. They use historical data to identify whomever that "best" is and aid in making the connection. Free. Having just gone through a difficult FSBO owner experience and now considering a new home, I did as I expect many people do and began asking around for recommendations for a real estate professional. My friends know people, my neighbor knows someone, everybody seems to have an opinion about somebody in real estate. (I had NO IDEA there were so many people.) Was it divine intervention that brought me to AgentAce? I dont recall, what I do know is that I can say with confidence that the agent they connected me to, my agent, is the best in this market. Straight up. Jeff W. knows what to look for, what I should expect to be able to get for my budget, and seems determined to do right by me. SUCH a difference over the last guy. Hes also managing me and my fiancee with tremendous finesse. My criteria for a home is a lot different than hers. Rather than getting frustrated, hes taking it in and finding us places that look promising! I was interviewing three other agents before I checked out AgentAce, hands down, Jeff W, was the best, is the best. AgentAce fills a much needed space of certainty in an otherwise heavily guarded and almost mystical transaction process. 1 week after connecting, Ive seen 2 houses. Good ones. Were days away from being able to say "this is home." I love it!!
