Dave and I would like to extend a sincere thank you to Neal Weichel and his team again for the excellent, first class service we received while selling our home and finding an amazing new one. This is the second time we bought a house through Neal and there is a reason why he is #1 at RE/MAX. Neal is professional, honest, ethical (hard to come by these days), knows SCV pricing and location better than anyone, and has represented clients in the Santa Clarita valley for 25 years. Some of the reasons we choose Neal: First, Neal has a great team of employees and local business partnerships who have been with him a long time. Neal’s team was always available for any questions or concerns and stepped us along the process to ensure a smooth real estate transaction. Neal’s buyer’s agent, Lauren, is awesome; she always got back to us right away and made us feel she was only a phone call or text away to look at homes in a timely fashion. Second, on the day we had an appraisal for the home we were selling, Neal made sure he was present to answer any questions and to ensure our appraisal went through (it did). Last, when we found our new house, Neal happened to be on vacation. We were not concerned as we knew Neal’s team was there for us guiding us through the offer process. Neal, while on vacation phoned in several times to ensure everything was being handled and made sure we were properly being represented. We ended up getting the house, even though there were multiple offers. I am not so much a believer in luck and magic, as I am in hard work and the “Golden Rule.” Life flows when we align ourselves with the right people. For us, Neal and his team are just that. Lets see, where do I start? It was the mid 90s and I was living in the Santa Clarita Valley outside of LA and had just landed my dream gig playing guitar with the legendary band Chicago. I had been reading/listening to lots of motivational books and tapes by Anthony Robbins at the time and was very tuned in to "motivated" and "passionate" people. Well, it was time to upgrade my living situation and I had decided to sell my current home. I had seen Neal Weichels signs all over the valley and figured Id give him a call. Neal showed up at my home and within 5 minutes he had won my entire confidence that he was the man to help me sell my home. I felt excited and optimistic as he explained how we would proceed....."motivated" and "passionate" would be an understatement! Neil has more integrity and works harder than almost anyone Ive ever encountered. I have bought/sold 10 properties in the last 20 years and Neil has either been directly involved or a resource that Ive tapped on every single one of them. Most recently he hooked me up with an excellent agent in the Tampa area to help me find a vacation home. Quick story.....when Neil came to that first house to work with me, I had a huge sign hanging in my garage that a fan had gifted me that said "KICK A%$ KEITH!". Well, Neil saw the sign and laughed hysterically and from that point forward I became "Kick A%$ Keith" in all our future endeavors together. Hows that for a personal touch? We were referred to Neal when we moved from the Marina Del Rey area to Santa Clarita over 15 years ago, and honestly we had no idea what we were in for (in a wonderful way). I had purchased a new home by walking into the sales office at Bridgeport with no realtor in tow, and he was gracious with offering us any help that we may need through that process. I would have thought that since he was not going to make a dime off of us that would have been the end of the call. Instead we began a great relationship in real-estate. When we decided to sell that home, I didn’t hesitate a minute about who was going to sell it for us. And so it goes, many moves later from selling to buying to renting and now with a move out of state, it is always nothing less than a 5 star experience. Neal and his team are the absolute best of the best! My husband and I have worked with Neal multiple times over the last 10 years, and would not trust our real estate needs with anyone else.
