Very Patient, Got a Great Deal. Robert went above & beyond to help me find just the right home for me. We must have looked at 25+ homes for sure! This was my first home purchase I was super nervous over what the process was, but he explained everything to me and went over it step by step in a way I could easily understand - escrow, title, fees, etc., all that fun stuff...lol He didnt try to pressure me into hurrying up and picking a home. I hate when other real estate agents try to show you just the higher end homes in your budget range to make a quick sale & commission! Robert showed me everything in my price range (low & high) and I ended up spending ALOT less $$$ than I thought I would. I appreciate all the time and effort you gave me Robert. Dont do it. These agents are scandalous. They made promises up front and when it came time to close lied about it. Also needed a few more days to move out. Buyers was good with it but the agents prevented an extension. They didnt want to delay there commissions. Had less then a week to move out. They couldnt give any notice of the buyers loan approval. Moving out is hard and sensitive it requires flexibility. Provided little to no communication along the way. These agents ran us out.
