WOW! These two are amazing. We had a complicated deal and they were top notch the whole time. We were selling my fathers house as he had passed away. We had to go through probate and I, being the executor, live 4.5 hours away. There were several delays and problems due to probate that arose during the time we put the house on the market until the time it actually closed and these two were wonderful throughout the whole process. I worked mostly with Robert, and would never have know that he, himself, was dealing with a family members severe illness while he was working. He never left me hanging, always returning my calls the same day. I felt very comfortable leaving the process in his hands. If he needed something and I didnt get it back to him right away (which I tended to do), he would always follow up and be sure I got the paperwork. He was very realistic in the assessment of what we could sell the house for and we got multiple offers within the first few days of listing the house. He was honest and straight forward in his opinions and was very easy to talk with. Dawn was just as wonderful, although I didnt work with her as much as I did Robert. The one time I did meet her to go through the house, she was equally as wonderful and realistic. I think being realistic in this market is a plus. We needed to get this house sold and I didnt want to play games. These two were God-sent! I highly recommend these two and if I am ever in the market to buy in Bakersfield, they will be the ones I call.

When my wife and I bought our first house, it was not a very pleasant experience. So when we decided to buy another house, we were a little apprehensive. Then we met Robert and Dawn. We explained to them what we wanted and how much we had to spend. They were a breath of fresh air. We had very specific wants with our new house and explained them to Robert and Dawn. They were very professional and friendly and explained the process to us. We looked at a couple of houses that were close to what we wanted but not perfect. They told us not to get discouraged that they could help us find the place we wanted. Then when we did find it they walked us through what we needed to do to get it. They really cared about getting the place we wanted not just selling us a house. It is very refreshing to find people with integrity out there doing business. Robert and Dawn Morris were great. We were very pleased with their services in the sale of our Bakersfield Prop. Their guidance through out and the handling of each phase of the listing and sales process was very professional. They supplied accurate, clear and helpful answers to our questions and always left us knowing we were in good hands. Since we were located 160 miles from Bakersfield we relied heavily on their skills and services concerning the on-line transferences of numerous documents etc. requiring our attention. The tactful, sensitive and friendly manner in which they cared for our rental tenants while showing our home was especially helpful (our tenants loved them). Many times they went beyond "the call of duty" to care for details which helped ensure a smooth transition for everyone. The Lord is the one who gets the Glory for making this ultimately possible and we are grateful He led us to Robert and Dawn. We highly recommend them if you are buying or selling a home. Dawn and Robert have now helped me buy 2 houses and will be my realtors for any future house purchases. I have worked with several other realtors in the past and Dawn and Robert are simply better than everyone else I worked with. For the purchase of the first house, I worked primarily with Dawn, for the second primarily with Robert. But they are really a team and either one will promptly answer any question you have. I looked for 4 months for my first house in Bakersfield but never felt any pressure at all from Dawn and Robert to settle for a house or to increase my offers higher than I was comfortable with. For the second house, I saw it on the internet when out of town, immediately called Robert and he went and previewed it for me, took additional pictures and sent them to me within about two hours of the phone call. I highly recommend Dawn and Robert Morris, you cannot find better realtors.

Bought a home in 2011 for $370,000 It has been a supreme DELIGHT working with Dawn and Robert. They were steadfast, patient, and pleasant throughout the entire process. Dawn was "Johnny-on-the-spot" when we needed to see a house asap... she was always there before we were! In this market, its hard to find integrity, but we found it in them along with a great bubbly personality, which made finding the right home a great experience. When we were tired of looking and discouraged that the right house just wasnt out there, they would be the encouragers and cheer us on with hope... and sure enough, that house we had in our minds materialized, then Robert and Dawn made it happen and we moved in and are extremely happy! My fiance and I are/were first time home buyers. Dawn and Robert made the process of buying a home quite easy for us. They were very accommodating with our schedules. We looked for houses and met during "off work" hours so both my fiance and I could be there. They are very prompt to answering your questions and giving you updates during the buying process. They advocated for us during the escrow period and were able to get us an extension, since our loan was not going to be finalized in time. We were very happy with the referrals that they made on our behalf - inspectors, loan agencies. Overall, my fiance and I were extremely happy with Dawn and Robert as our real estate agents, we highly recommend them!!!

Robert and Dawn have been our realtors for over 7 years. We have purchased three houses through them and each time has been a wonderful experience. For our last purchase, we were on a tight schedule to find a home after ours sold. Robert and Dawn worked so hard to find us the perfect house. They listened to what we wanted and showed us houses that fit for us. They also walked us through the purchasing process.
