I began my search for a house at the beginning of 2015. For some reason, the realtors I contacted didnt seem that interested in taking a personal interest in my needs. Then I met Ron Lane as we looked at a condo listed with his agency. What surprised me was how honest he was about what might be the right choice for me, rather than making a quick sale for himself. I was so impressed that I contracted with Ron to represent me, the buyer, as we continued to look at properties. He is an Navy veteran, and was eager to help me with my VA loan, whereas many realtors dont like going through the VA process. He walked me through all the complicated paperwork, which is massive these days, and saved me thousands of dollars off the asking price with his negotiating skills. Bottom line: I wholeheartedly recommend Ron Lane, a highly ethical professional, for anyone who wants to buy or sell real estate. Thank you Ron!
