Unfortunately, I have to share a very bad experience with my car repair. Long story short, I got my bmw front left suspension damaged. Many parts needed to be replaced then I specifically ask to get bmw genuine replacement parts to be installed. When I got back home with my car repaired, I noticed none of the parts installed were genuine. On my bill, genuine part were charged so I went back to the garage explaining the situation. They said this might be an error and keeped my car for a couple of days to replace the parts. When I got the car back, I ask the technician to put the car on the lift to show me the new parts installed. At this moment, I noticed one non genuine part ( the shock) had a genuine label on it. This was obvious, just like if someone would have remove the label from a genuine part to put it on that part (the non genuine brand part number was stamped in the metal) It was clearly intentional. They finally replaced the part by a "real" genuine one. I believe we should trust the place whos doing our car repair. Clearly, this place lost my trust. I still cant believe professionals can do that kind of things. My advise: double check what they did on your car.

I was actually getting my f-150 Raptor serviced here for years because the service and communication is so great. The owner and the technicians really know their stuff and always explain any items, no matter how minor, very clearly when asked. I always received a very nice loaner car when mine was being repaired. They always tell me what is absolutely necessary to get fixed, and what can wait and for how long + what the consequences may be. I love this auto shop! When I sold the truck they gave me a fantastic price to do a pre-sale inspection on the vehicle and got it smogged for me as well. I really could not be any happier with their service, pricing, and communication. This is one of the very few no BS auto shops Ive encountered, I trust them implicitly with my vehicles. If you are driving a BMW or Mercedes, this is the shop to come to as you wont find better, more honest service at a more reasonable price. Like I said, I even brought my Raptor here while I had it! They gave me a bottle of wine, which was confusing and seemed like an afterthought, when presented to me. They mentioned that they usually wash the cars, but didnt wash mine. I called 5 days in advance to schedule an appointment. I arrived when instructed, but my appt was never recorded. The attendant had no idea to expect me. I was told that I would hear back before noon on what the mechanic found. I didnt hear back, so I had to call at 2:30pm. The mechanic was forthcoming that he didnt know if replacing my brake pads would solve the squeaky brake issue, so I had to proceed at risk(but definitely appreciated the heads up). The new brake pads work great, no squeaks, problem solved. Price was expensive, but mostly inline with what I was expecting. My overall experience didnt meet my expectations and Ill try a different shop next time.

I have been taking my BMW 530i to Jaclyn for the last couple of years and I appreciate their excellent service keeping my car running like new. Their prices are very fair and they have even advised me when I dont need more maintenance than necessary. Her service techs are friendly, easy to talk to and explain everything. Plus they always provide me a nice BMW or Mercedes loaner car which is very handy since I am in sales and on the road a fair amount of time. Not only that, they get my car back on the road sometimes the same day or maybe the very next day. Very efficient for me. Thank you European Car Repair.

Jaclyn provides excellent service for my 06 Mercedes s550 and my wife’s 05 Mercedes e320. They pick up and deliver your car to home or work and provide a loaner at no charge. They are on time and very nice. I previously used the dealership for service, they were unable to solve some engine noises and a faulty tire pressure gauge problem. After several failed attempts, I decided to give European auto service a try. They fixed everything the first time at a reasonable cost. They did a tune up, brakes and the other problems for under $2000. Why go anywhere else?

I contacted the owner, Jaclyn, about selling my 2006 330i BMW and she was so quick and efficient that she managed to sell it within 24 hours. I was stressing out about how I was going to sell my car after buying a new one, but Jaclyn took all the stress out and made it as easy of process as possible. Jaclyn made this a seamless process for me and took care of all negotiations, paperwork, payment, etc. I would highly recommend letting European handle your car sale, as it was literally one of the easiest transactions I’ve ever done. I have been a customer for over 10 years with European Car Repair. They have done all types of repairs on my 1989 Mercedes Benz 260E. Right now my car has 286,000 miles on it and it still drives like new. I would say European Car Repair has maintained my car very well. I have been preparing to unload the car for a few years now(since 250,000 miles). Since Al did not charge much for the repairs and I only have to come here once a year. That is why I still keep this car. I hope to get to 312,000 miles so I can get a 500,000 km badge from Mercedes Benz. George

Service is excellent and the work is fast! The check engine light was on in my car so I took it here to see what was going on. Once they found out what the issue was, I got a call with a detailed explanation of the problem, how they would fix it, and how long it would take. I dropped my car off in the morning and expected to be without it all day, but the work was done by the early afternoon. Also, being without a car wasnt an issue because they had a loaner for me- something I hadnt expected, but was really nice. I would definitely recommend this place!

Jaclyn and her team are the best. I have 3 cars that I bring to her for all the services and they do an outstanding job. Just recently I brought a vehicle in for a major repair and I was leaving on a business trip. Once the repairs were made, Jaclyn drove it up to my home in San Francisco to personally deliver it to my wife while I was away. Now thats top notch customer service. I highly recommend this business and will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

The absolute best car repair experience Ive ever had. The women in the office are exceptionally kind and accommodating. They were able to inspect and diagnose my 2008 Passat 2.0T same day. I came all the way from Fremont due to their excellent reviews and it was 100% worth the drive. I will always bring my car back to these guys. The mechanic showed me where my oil was leaking and explained everything to me. Love, love LOVE these guys!
