Okay, I want to be FAIR in my review. First, the positive: 1. Great staff all around...courteous, nice, etc. 2. Great waiting area 3. Great price (I had a 50% off coupon) 4. FAST service....that was impressive. The negative: 1. They did a pretty average job on my truck missing lots of areas of the outside and leaving behind lots of spots/crud for me to clean off :( 2. I got the highest price carwash I could get get but the inside dash and surrounding areas still had lots for me to clean off when I got home.... Im not traditionally very picky with having a "clean" car but on a $30 carwash I guess I expected a WHOLE lot more attention to detail....I dont expect a "detail job" but it would be kinda nice to take the extra 5 minutes and do a good job. Sorry, wont be back at full price... :(.

My car was a little dirtier than normal so I paid $29.99 for the best wash. Although the inside was vacuumed well- the outside was STILL DIRTY!! Side mirrors were spotted and still had bug/bird poop in one spot! Spots on the painted area (probably from sitting in the sun wet for 5 min before it was dried! I ran my fingers over one area and got dirt on my hand! The Vanilla air freshener I requested smelled like moldy leather (I think it was their version of "new car" scent. I may go back and see if they make this right. My advice is to check the car carefully before tipping and leaving. I felt rushed to leave and should have checked their work more carefully!! FOLLOW UP-- improved rating to 3 stars based on the fact that when I brought the car back, they rewashed it without question.

I came in today at 1 for “super clean” I didn’t get out of there until 2:45. the outside wasn’t even washed, I told the guys they said its inside only. For 50 bux I would think outside would be cleaned too. My steering wheel is all sticky there is white drops of liquid all inside my car. My car is brand new 2014 I left with it greasy and dirtier then I came in with, well they at least got the bugs off my windshield. When I told the guys, they just just shock and nodded there head. I will NOT be back, I will be writing a review about your lack of costumer service.

That was the worst car wash (if thats what you call it). I have ever I countered in my life! I had already cleaned the inside so no vacuuming needed. The Windows had film on them along with bug poop. The body of my car didnt even look like it was washed! Bugs covered the front grill along with the poop on the hood, top and back that I had to rewash. Gross! The wheels werent even touched!! Black as ever. Charged $23.50 + $5.00 tip because I had already cleaned the inside. I wouldnt even go back. Just moved here a week ago. Bummed.

The worst !! I paid for a $115 wax and wash, dropped off my 2008 Audi (which is already well kept) and came to pick it up 3 hours later. There were water spots on the body, in the door jams, the dash was still dusty, the windows had hazing on them and the rims still had brake dust. The manager told me I bought the wrong product and should have purchased a $300 wax job. But, had I purchased a regular wash, I would still expect the windows and rims to be clean. Appalling service, especially at such high prices.

Believe it or not the interior came out dirtier than it went in. My 2 week old Lexus exterior was getting a bit dirty so took it in for a full service wash. The guy that cleaned the interior did not change out the towels from his previous car that must have had pet hair all throughout. You guessed it. My car after the wash ended up with short dog hair all over the interior. Will never go back to these guys. Not worth the trouble and definitely not worth the money.

For the money this place did a subpar job for our ford explorer. We ordered a wax and vacuum which was priced fairly if perfectly executed however it was not. There were spots all over the exterior of the cr which were totally missed. Same goes with the interior. Not sure if it was the specific person cleaning g the car or the quality of work accepted at this place but I was disappointed. Would return again but inspect the car before driving away.

I was so disappointed with this service. I had damage done to my car from taking it here. When I tried to speak to management regarding the issue I was blown off. They were completely unprofessional and RUDE!! Their prices are excessive compared to other car washes in the area and the quality of the wash is horrible. I recommend taking your car somewhere else!

The car wash I had today was unacceptable! The windows were still dirty, the back was not vacuumed properly and I am just so displeased! I could have just run the car through a cheap car wash if I just wanted the outside washed! I would NOT recommend this car wash! Go somewhere else! What a waste of $23.99

WOW. I cant say enough about the FANTASTIC work that Ken and his team do. They just finished working on my 2006 RAVE 4, which has almost on it, and it LOOKS LIKE NEW !! I am super happy and really highly recommend them. They did this all of this magic at our home. They also were incredibly pleasant.

This place did a really poor job. They put a long scratch in my just painted rear bumper and another scratch in my front bumper. Also, they wanted to charge me more when I asked about getting the car out of the sun to avoid water spots. Im never going back!

Very quick and nice staff. Looks like they need to be quick to avoid major bottlenecks. That caused a slightly less impressive overall job. Id have got twice as nice a job for the amount in Texas. Not sure whats up. But again, overall good experience.

Courteous service, quick and easy and havent had any issues. Bonus for me is if you follow them on twitter you can score a free car wash here and there on Fridays. Ive managed 3 so far and it always helps.

This is a bit out of the way for me, but worth it. They do a great job on your car ahe has quick service. If you like to keep your car clean, buy a booklet and you will save too!

It depends on who you get to clean the inside. Sometimes theyre good sometimes theyre bad. The outside water the same as a gas station automatic car wash.

The worst car wash ever. I keep coming back every so often believing they will do a better job. The WORST. Do it yourself at the COIN -OP no kidding!
