Terrible quality, even worse management. I dont think the "poor-fair" selection accurately describes this carwash but thats as low as the descriptions go. Ill save all of the details but my car has been damaged the last 4 times Ive gone to this car wash. Every time theyre given simple instructions- DO NOT TOUCH THE INSIDE OF THE CAR. Pretty simple, right? Nope. Each time I get the car back its been vacuumed, the inside cleaned and windows cleaned. I have to stand over the car and make sure its not vacuumed and then walk to the front and stand there to make sure they dont try and clean the inside. Today I turned my back for a second and when I looked back they were inside the car as always cleaning the windows, scratching up my navi screen and most other plastic and leather interior components and the best part is the huge sign taped to the drivers window to not open the door and to not touch the interior. The interior is not to be touched because they scratch everything and break stuff. I can only assume the use the same rags to wash/dry the car and to wipe down the interior. I have nearly 10K in Dynaudio equipment in the car and they have kicked and dented the grills on my $1,600 midranges and sprayed my $1,700 tweeters with Windex as well as somehow knocking one clean off the dash, the same speakers that have stayed in place over two track days. The real problem is not the workers. Its the management. Ive gotten to know the manager pretty good as crappy work is a common occurrence. Today got pretty heated because he said I should sit in the car and babysit his workers if I dont want anything damaged or touched. I told him its his job as a manager to coach the workers. He admits no wrong doing and his only excuse is "we dont hire MBAs here". His suggestion is to go to a different car wash. I usually wash my own car at my house but some days I have no time and this carwash is right down the street. This guy would rather turn customers away than to fix the continuous problems. Ive had too much stuff damaged at this car wash and not even a $16 refund has been offered. I let him know it could have ended at the car wash but now its going to the next level, Im going to get my current and previously damaged components paid for. Exterior quality is always horrible with tons of water spots, swirls, and spots that were totally missed. They get the wheel dressing all over the rims so after a mile of driving theyre black. The dash is so highly reflective with all of the greasy residue that I have to wear sunglasses on the way home before I can wipe it down as they should have done. If you have an old beater car such as a field car or work car and you want the same quality you can get at a $5 spray car wash, go here. If you care about the car at all, run away.

I purchased a 2 lube gift certificate and we used it once, but yesterday when i went and tried to use it again and we took the receipt and they wouldnt take it because they need a different ticket. Honestly I dont remember if they gave it to me. Terrible management.

Nasty service and the express mobile 1 lube over charge every time we go they install a part and wen you have to pay the part is 10or 15 $ more after they installed. Sucks report them to the consumer afer

Price is ok, service could be better. Took a long time too. Next time using the gas station car wash. Better deal for the money!
