These people are so dishonest. I also had a horrible experience with an oil change. Ive been a long time customer and always did an oil change and car wash. Like many times before, I just pulled in got out of my car and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help me. And, someone did, he didnt know how to write up the service order. When Ernie arrived, he wrote it up again, all the same questions and checking the mileage. Totally rude. I pointed to the sign advertising the $27.99 oil change and car wash. He asked if I wanted Castrol oil. I said "sure". Later, I attempted to pay and the bill was $43.00. I questioned the bill and stated there was a mistake. Then theres big drama about speaking to a manager. The individual I finally speak did not appear to be a person of authority or management. He was not sympathetic, didnt even attempt to state there was a misunderstanding; he simply blamed the customer, me for asking for Castrol oil. Total bait and switch. Its just normal Castrol oil, not a synthetic. I told this little man exactly what was asked and the Ernie knew exactly that I was asking for the advertised oil change/car wash. Then he actually has the nerve to threaten me by draining the oil out of my car and replace with inferior oil. It’s unbelievable to threaten a long time customer. All this over a couple of bucks. People that have no principals, dont understand it when a customer has an issue because its a matter of principal. Over the years I spent $100s of dollars here in gas, oil changes and mini-market purchases. Ive referred many people over stating the price and service was reasonable. Ive ignored the hard sell on air filters and all the other crap they try to push on you when you get an oil change. Boy, that was annoying. Clearly, they dont care about customer service. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

The car wash is horrible when compared to other places. I had a very similar experience. They "washed" my carpets in my nice car. When I went to go look at the car, the carpets were still soaked and when I ran my finger across them, they were covered in soap. What?! They said that they would fix it but all they did was take an air compressor and blue air on it. I asked what they use to "shampoo" the carpets. They take a soapy brush, scrub it, then take a shop vacuum and try to suck it up. This is NOT a standard shampoo streaming method. Soap left in the material just attracts more dirt. Like washing your clothes in soap and then just leaving them to dry without rinsing them. I cant even imagine what corners they cut on auto work. One thing for sure ... They will not catch me going there again for anything. Horrible waste of my money and time while leaving my car in a worse state.

I had my vehicles oil changed here and was charged for an extra quart of oil and labor, a total of 6, but it is only a 5 quart oil pan. $17 dollars!!!!!!! When I approached Ernie about it, he told me "thats what it took" and wouldnt look at me in the eyes and turned and walked away from the conversation, completely rude. His eyes were bloodshot like he was stoned and was drinking out of a tall can in a paper bag in the market on the property. I called the customer service phone number that was on my bill and left three separate messages within a one week period, never received a phone call or explanation. My engine oil life is 50% and the oil isnt even registering on the dipstick. Never had this problem before going anywhere else. Worst customer service ever!!!

Not a member for the car wash so I used the self service kiosk and got in line. They had locked a customers keys in a car getting ready to enter the wash - and 9, yes 9 people were bending and prying and sticking metal rods down the windows to pop open the lock. 15 minutes of waiting, I asked 4 different people if I could get a refund or come back later. They all said no very rudely. Finally the car is unlocked and we move ahead. They dont clean my wheels, the equipment breaks down while drying, then they all walk away at the end and dont do any hand drying. No one would come over to dry the car or dress the tires either so I just left. Complete waste of $12. Never coming back.

Im a member here. I pulled up to have my car washed and got out. Nelson, the attendant, was standing in the shade texting on his phone. I waited 10 seconds and said, "Hello". He said hed be with me when he was done and continued to text. The two girls who were waiting to vacuum both laughed and said that Nelson was lazy. The service here has really gone down hill in last year....

This place became a ripoff place after the new owner. Used to come here for oil change and car wash. It will cost $50 for a oil change and then they want you change this and that. If you have loyal customers, you need to stay true and take care of them. Now you just lose some of your customers. If your business is going like this, in a few month, I can see the future of this business.

We went there to get our carpets and interior shampooed because they sent us a coupon in the mail. They did not honor what the coupon stated and only shampooed the carpets. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!! They also left a ton of shampoo in the carpets. There were bubbles everywhere. We had to ask them to clean it again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

Las Posas Car Wash always treats me right. Everyone is super friendly and hard working. The amenities are top notch. I love basking under the waterfalls with a lovely gelato, then having a sparking clean car! Cant be beat!
