I have been here about 3 to 4 times. Every time I go here something doesnt work or the machines have eaten my money. One time I went to use the vacuums, the machine ate all my money without turning on and I couldnt get my money back. The same time I was there, I moved to a different vacuum and it turned off too early, I didnt even get to finish half of my car. Another time I was there, the wash bay that I was in didnt have the tire shine or engine degreaser working. None of the STOP buttons work here either. If u want to get a car wash go to one of the Simi five dollar washes or go to another self wash. Do not go here, I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Owner has been on site 3 out of the 4 times i have been there. He is very involved with the operation and helpful. The chemicals he has chosen for his car wash are top of the line. I wont go anywhere else with my vehicles. Great place to go get it done yourself without the hassle of paying people to do it wrong.

I spent like 10 dollars idk what was wrong with the machine but i kept putting quaters in and i didnt even finish rinsing my truck wen it finished i was so mad i just left without finishing.. 3 dollars for 4 minutes its more like 10 bucks for 3 minutes

I have never experienced a problem in the wash bays. Occasionally, the change machines are out of service, but now with the credit card capability, it is easier to just swipe and go!

This is the only self-service car wash in Simi valley. Its been open for ove 30 years and they have always been upgrading their equipment and chemicals
