Great service, great price interior clean including windows as well as exterior wash 16 dollars....the detailers take their time vacuuming as well as wiping the interior down and cleaning the interior overall. They clean the insides of your windows and make sure they dont leave big streaks. They take their time drying your car and paying special attention to those small space water gets in and making sure they dry it up so when you drive away you dont have water spots. Everything you could ask for a place for a nice quick wash and clean.

I ended up spending 70 dollars to have my car washed and the interior detailed. What I ended up getting after waiting for an hour and 15 minutes (mind you it was not too busy) is a sticky interior and the passenger side (which I was dumb enough not to check) not only covered in water marks but with 7 new white scratch marks. When I approached the manager I received nothing less than hostile. NEVER go to this car wash unless you are prepared to have your car wrecked!!!! DO NOT GO HERE.

Took my brand new car here and came out with scratches on the top of my car. When I talked to the manager about my car she denied that this could ever happen and that I bought my car with these horrible scratches on the top. I explained that I would not have purchased a car in that condition. She would not fix the scratches or offer any compensation for the damage done. My family has gone there for years. But I will not be returning after this bitter experience.

They put a ton of armor-all on my tires and when I drove off it sprayed all over my truck, windshield, mirrors, etc. When I turned around and went back, the manager told me the oily spray on my truck and glass was not armor-all !!!!!!!! Finally she asked if I want it washed again, but that should have been her immediate 1st response instead of showing her lack of customer skills.

This is an awesome find! Its clean and well managed. The girl who greeted me at the entrance was very nice, helpful and gave good explanation of their services. As I exited, there were 4+ guys all ready to hand dry my car super fast! This place also offers FREE self-vacuuming! The area is covered so its nice and shady and the vacuums have excellent suction!

Had my brand new car hand washed from Simi Valley Car Wash on Saturday. They took extremely good care of my car. Only one brush came in contact with my vehicle, and that was to scrub my rims. The rest was washed and dried by hand. 18 dollars was the total and they do other services as well. All seem to be priced fairly

I go here all the time. I get the $17 special and I get a $17 car wash. Its not perfect everytime but its usually fine and done in 20 minutes. Trust me, its safe to go here. So many people go to a car wash like this and expect million dollar service. Aint gonna happen.

The worst car wash ever! The stuff threw my stuff away or steal my stuff. I talked to manager, this a-hole manager told me "You threw them away at home yourself" WTF! You shouldnt bring your car here, you might lost something

Im very happy with bringing my car here. It looks and feels wonderful after being washed. I actually started using this place when I noticed many police cars get washed here. I figure if they trust it, why shouldnt I?

Is was a sad place to wait for your car. People who arrive after you get there cars before you pretty much every time. The staff offer deals and find out that they cant offer the price they day. No a very staff.

Have a really nice jeep with alot of added chrome which they will hand wash and Polish to my instructions. Cant find any place that will listen like they do. EXCELLENT WORK.
