When I lived in the neighborhood it was my go-to car wash and they used to do a great job. Naturally, I decided to go back, gave it multiple chances, (3 to be exact), unfortunately my conclusion and experience are the same each time, overpriced and poor service. I wont be returning here again. Id like to point out I didnt purchase the basic car wash each time, every single time I purchased the $26.99 car wash, which includes the tire dressing and etc., the total spent for 3 visits is $80.97, thats for the wash only and doesnt include tips. 1st Very poor vacuuming job (I have a brand new car and theres not much in there to vacuum to begin with). 2nd I dont leave trash in my car, but I must have missed part of toy package my son left behind (you know the back white part that is trash and looks like trash?), I gave the guys the benefit of the doubt, there are crazy people out there who perhaps save trash. 3rd The wiper spent maybe 7 minutes on my car, didnt even use window cleaner on the windows, he justin wiped it down with towels. 4th He didnt bother wiping the inside part of the car. 5th Tires were barely armarolled, and when I looked at him to ask questions, he was having a conversation with the next guy about how fast he was in getting cars out, not cool. Im done with this overpriced place, unless you have someone in particular who does a good job, dont waste your money here.

This place is really terrible quality. Also, the prices are the same as anywhere else, so please go somewhere else and dont support poor quality work. I went there today for a car wash, it has been ~4 weeks since my last car wash and I took pictures of my car before and after. They missed HUGE spots. The spots were hardened, granted, but with a wet paper towel and a little but of finger nail scraping I took them off myself, which tells me they were really just super lazy about scrubbing the car. Oh and I forgot two other things: 1) they didnt even bother to roll down the windows a bit and clean the tops - so get ready for a nice nasty looking wax residue when you roll them down! 2) They left the Mexican AM station at full blast? Really? Stereotype yourselves more please. I dont see ANY difference between what they did for $30 and what a drive-through car wash does for $5, except I could probably get far better results by going through the drive through 5 times. I would NEVER go to this car wash again and I suggest you save yourself the time, money, and boredom in the infamous "car wash store".

Avoid this place! They charge $19 for a wash and interior clean. Today was overcast and very little business. After taking longer than it should have for them to finish, I notice there is dirt on the door panel and arm rest. The attendant and manager inform me that it costs more money to remove that. They explain that there is a difference between wiping and cleaning (ie: they only want to dust and not use elbow grease). After giving me a hard time they reluctantly removed the dirt (apparently the customer is not always right). You get nothing for your money here and attitude to boot. Go to another overpriced money grab of a car wash. They dont deserve your business.

What a pleasant surprise! First, stumbled on them while looking for a Smog Check. Price was reasonable (use a coupon) fast and courteous. Next, car needed a wash. I chose the basic was and was pleased to see the amount of attention my car received. The wash was a bargain compared to most places and it didnt hurt that there was complimentary water and Peets Coffee! Gustavo the manager is everywhere and delightful. His personality is reflected in every employee I encountered. Ill be back the next time Im at the Costco.

I brought my car in today to get a smog check and with the smog check they were offering a free car wash. Not only was my car not very dirty to begin with due to the heavy rains but there were also half a dozen guys just sitting around due to the slow business - I can safely say that they only hosed my car off at best and did not clean anything else. I will not be coming back here for a car wash! I have attached an image of my wheel to show all of the brake dust still present right after the wash.

Reading some of the other reviews, I had to chime in with my two cents. The gas is full-service, meaning someone comes and pumps the gas for you. The prices are in line with what Ive seen around town, but you have to remember this is a premium experience. Someone pumps your gas, free coffee and snacks come with your wash, and your car is completely hand washed. There just arent services around like this any more, and IMO it deserves a Best Of Westlake award. keep up the good work!

The car comes out looking good, but they try to sell me the super expensive wash every time. Its like $140ish for wax or something, and they push it so hard. Its like dude no, I have a 10 dollar bottle of wax at home that Ill use when I get there. I just want to tell you what I want and drop it off, nice and quick. Makes me want to go to the one off Reyes Adobe.

They rock. Got my car looking like it hadnt looked in a WHILE. Got cream-colored car carpet spotless, waxed to a high gloss, cleaned hubcabs to a shine and even buffed out a couple of scrapes to they dont show & even threw in a little extra TLC. Car practically looks brand new, and it was beaten up by 4 boys on a regular basis. This place is a FIND!!

They spray some liquid on my car running boards which make than looks mate, I try polish it many times and not successful. Avoid this place. P. S.: I did ask to clean that liquid and they said it will cost $150. Nice to do business: first thay do something on purpose and than trying to rub you((

Literally tried to charge me $60 for a hand wash because the top was down on my car. A 15 minutes wash. I laughed. Go to the 76 carwash down the road. They are less costly, nicer and the car wash is much better.

Dont try to just stop in and grab gas. They dont allow self-pump, but have attendants that take forever and charge an extra 2 dollars for the privilege.

They do okay, not great. They do not go out of their way. They have a nice complimentary code station.
