I have been washing my car for several month here but every single time something is always issues if they clean inside they dont clean outside or no air freshener no vacuum cup holde dirty etc.So every single time I have to look for someone to take care of the issue so yesterday I came across that I am paying every month auto pay on the top package call premium package but every time I had all these issue is because these guys are repping off the Costumers by charging them high price and when you take your car they just to basic wash so the actual people who clean your car the just do basic was and when you tell them they claim that they dont speak English yesterday I was luck to get who speak English and star argument with me that hey man if you need premium cleaning you need to pay for it not paying regular wash and get premium wash unfortunately he did not know what I was paying so the all idea on putting this review is BEAWERE NEVER DO AUTO PAY MONTHLY AND DO NOT DO PREMIUM PAKAGE BECAUSE YOU ARE PAYING THAT HONESTLY BUT THE CAR WAS IS NOT DOING YOUR SERVICE HONESTLY

I originally liked Red Carpet Car Wash, but after my recent visits, I cannot recommend them anymore. Generally speaking, they will still get your car clean, but the details leave a lot to be desired. They always miss large areas when wiping down my console. My windows are usually left with streaks. My seat is almost always adjusted completely differently (and I unfortunately do not have seat position memory). They dont even bother to put the floor mats back on the hooks half the time (a potential safety hazard). I know Im not paying for a full detail, but this is just subpar. Id look elsewhere.

I have been living in Canoga Park, CA for two years, and I am really picky about my Ford Ranger. (Ever see that commercial when the guy is taking care of his Red Carpet Car Wash like a baby, that is the way I treat my Ranger). I really was impressed that Juan is the owner, and takes the time to get to know his customers, thanks them for their business, and lends a hand washing the cars. The inside of my truck is spotless. And this is the Red Carpet Car Wash.I have ever been too. Juan really knows how to run a business.

Took my car here to get a topical car wash. Once they where done washing my car they noticed it had a flat. They tried to tell me I drive in with a flat tire! They essentially drove my car into a curb and broke my tire stem with the sensor. I was livid! They did not want to take any responsibility but I made sure they paid for a new one! I trusted these ppl with my car and they abuse it instead. Worst service Ive experienced. Never coming here again.

Do not listen to all this negativity and bad feedbacks !!! Why ? Because those people have no common sense !!! You paying ~50$ a Month !!!! For unlimited car washes instead 25$ each time and still complaining??? You morons without any sense of appreciation and should stop complaining and coming here and wash your car for 25-30$ each time and then you can complain!!!

DO NOT waste your money on the exterior only monthly car wash service because what they dont tell you is that not only is it exterior only, they do a half ass job of drying the car and leave you covered in water spots so you might as well just go through one of those gas station spray down washes. You get about the same quality of wash.

After trying to be too green for our own good (aka transporting a bin of compost), our car reeked of organic but oh so unnatural matter. Red Carpet Car Wash worked miracles to shampoo the upholstery and carpets. The car interior looks and smells new, plus they did a standard wash on top. Thank you so much Juan & Co!

My car came out clean I guess. Thats one good thing. I was upset about them hotroding my truck from the vacuum to the wash and almost crashing into the wall. I paid for air freshener I never got but they swear the put in. Maybe if management spoke better English then itd be ran a little better

Paid for premier plus and after they were done there is still bugs all over my bumper and behind my side mirrors as well as streaks all over my windows. Idc how busy you are, your business is in washing cars and you cant even pay attention to detail enough to do that. Never again.

Oh, man, what a great place. We pay for the monthly unlimited, and they just "know" us and every employee there makes it their job to make us feel special. Plus, washing the car, you get to walk over to the mall and when you come back, your clean vehicle is waiting for you.

This is my first visit and would be the last visit. Dont waste your money..i choosed $29.99 Premium + thinking they would do a better job but na. Wheels are not cleaned properly, no vacuum in the trunk.

My driver carpet is always loose. They clean it and then they dont use safty hooks..... So it is moving all around. That loose carpet can lead to accident.

I have been going to these car wash at least 5 years. They do a good job 98% of the time. I had a issues only a couple of times over 5 years.
