On Saturday, August 13, 2014, I went to Classic Car Wash around noon, for a basic wash. Close to 40 minutes later, my car was ready. I walked around, car looked great, I tipped the guy who dried/finished up the car wash, got in my car, looked down, and noticed the cruise control stick was broken. I immediately went to the office and was told to talk to a manager in a black shirt. I went to the first guy I saw and I told him the stick was broken, and it wasn’t broken when I came in. I was asked to wait and someone would help me. I waited about 10 minutes before anyone approached me. A man, who wasn’t a manager, came with me to my car. I showed him that it was broken and he asked me if I had broken it recently and put glue to reattach it. I said no. He showed me that clear glue had recently been applied. He walked away and grabbed the manager of the car wash. He came over, got into my car, and tried to tell me that the broken cruise control stick was “normal wear and tear” for a car as old as mine. He then asked me how old my car was and then told me how awful Toyotas and their parts are. It wasn’t until I told him that I came here and nothing was broken, the car was in their possession for 40 minutes, the stick was then broken, and his employee attempted to fix it, without telling me. The manager, John Apikian, then instructed his employee who initially looked at my car to grab crazy glue and fix it without even consulting me to see if that was an adequate solution. He continued to blame my car’s age for the break and I pointed out to him that no other piece of equipment inside of my car is even close to falling apart or even faded for that matter. He said they would fix it with crazy glue and if it was still broken in a few days to come back. As he began to walk away, I demanded something in writing and he said he’d remember. When at the very least I asked for a business card, he started to walk away and said I could get one in the office. The fact of the matter is the piece did not fall out as something with “wear and tear” would, the plastic was broken. They attempted to cover up their error and did not succeed. I understand that accidents happen and had they told me it happened and offered an apology and the quick fix, I would have been content. I feel as if I was shrugged off and not taken seriously. Sure, the temporary fix will last a week or even month, but what about when the glue cracks or dissolves, what then? I’m stuck with a bill to fix something that I didn’t break. I will never come to this place again and let everyone I know not to come here either.

Generally dont write reviews but I felt I needed to. Ive been here twice, first time they did a sloppy job which left dirt several surfaces. Second time (most recent) I brought in a brand new luxury car, and they wrote on it with a grease pen to specify things like the type of wash and places to watch (chrome handles for instance) all of that was fine until I came over to check my vehicle which, for the low price of $30 looked worse than I could do easily with a hose and some fish soap. Not only that, there was writing on the car! The pen did not come off, they tried to rub it off with a rag which did not work. Next they tried to convince me that someone else had written on my car and I should just accept that. When I told them that I bought the car 2 days ago and this was the first wash it HAD EVER HAD they kept insisting it wasnt them. I refused to leave until they fixed it. I asked the supervisor for their manager, the supervisor told me that his guys definitely did not write on my car and that he himself had written only on the windshield. He said he could review the camera footage to see if any of his employees wrote on the car to solve the problem, but that would require the actual manager which would mean waiting an extra 40 minutes for this manager to arrive. When I refused to leave until they fixed it they finally polished the marks off. And Im absolutely sure they were trying to use every tactic they could think of (massive delays, avoidance of responsibility) to try and get me to leave so they could do less work. Over all I spent 1 hour 46 minutes (I timed it) here after they began cleaning the vehicle. Summary: This business manages their workers in such a way that quality of work doesnt matter because there is such a quantity of work. Workers do the absolute minimum standard and are pushy in trying to get you to accept their overpriced work. Most likely you could do a better job yourself with a garden hose, a sponge, dish soap and 30 minutes in your driveway.

I sat at the car wash for an half hour and they never came and got me. When I went to into inquire about my car they all act like I was not there. Had receipt, described to them each guy that came in and called out each car. When they finally got my car it was ten minutes later and the windshield window was cracked. Talked to the manager of the day and he trying it offer a free car wash. Really after my car not on your premise and my windshield window cracked. She gave me the card for the manager John Apikian called the same number that is listed on there website and they had a nervous to tell me wrong number. Called BBV, same number listed. Now I have to file all the reports because of damaged they caused and they are trying to act like nothing happen. I give them a negative star if Google allowed me. Dont go there, unless you want your car damaged and go missing.

My girlfriend just took her car here earlier this afternoon. Whoever worked on her car stole all the change out of her driver side door. What kind of management would allow employees to do something like that with no form of repercussion or termination of said employee. On top of that, she paid full price for a wash, and they said that they werent able to get the tree sap off the car and she would have to purchase a special soap to get it. Why, if she paid, could they not do their due diligence to ensure the customer is treated right, and go above and beyond to make it a pleasurable experience. Dont take your vehicles here, their employees steal.

well their regular wash is a bit over $10 but my car was REALLY dirty so i payed 29.95 for a high pressured wash. after it was done the workers cleaned it a bit more, he finished and asked me for my receipt i was in a hurry so all i cared about was that it was presentable and it did. when i carefully look at the car rusty bird poop was still on the top of the car, dirt marks were still on the right back door, and a scratch was made on the rear bumper, when i took it back they didnt do anything. didnt offer another wash, or accepted to fix the scratch. i paid 30 dollars for horrible service. NEVER coming here again..
