So, I tried this car wash today and I felt like I was in Mexico... First, I pulled up and asked the guy about the different types of washes, and he looked at me as if I was crazy and just handed me a ticket and walked away. Then I asked another employee where the main office entrance was and he couldnt speak English so pointed me to another employee. At this point I was over it and figured I would figure it out. About 15 minutes later my car was done, or so I thought. The guy who was working on my car was also drying a Mercedes parked next to mine. He whistled and circled the towel around I guess to say hes done? I dont know. Needless to say I approached him to grab my car keys when he handed me the Mercedes keys, as much as I would love to drive off in a brand new Mercedes I tried to tell him that the chevy was mine...once again, no English! So I waited next to my car until they were done. My thing is, how are you in this country running a business but dont have a single English speaking employee? And you almost hand me someone elses car? I cant imagine going to Mexico and expecting their businesses to speak English...just saying. Go to Premier Car Wash on Ventura. Its much cheaper ($7.99) for the same quality wash! And get this, THEY SPEAK ENGLISH!

Recently, I took my mother-in-laws car here for her birthday gift, and they performed an amazing transformation!!! The paint was already dull from oxidation, and there were several minor dings around the car. We got a special, more expensive package-- and after several hours, her car looked brand new!! (Note: if you want to have the dings removed, you must call ahead to make arrangements.) They were able to restore the black paint to a beautiful luster... remove all the dings... shampoo all the interior (even the roof)... and steam clean the engine. It will cost more money, but its a fabulous gift that she will enjoy every day for a long time : ) Personally, Ive been taking my car here for the past few years, and I complete confidence in the manager, Jonas, to receive great service. I come to Topanga Car Wash 4-5 times per year to keep the paint protected, and its well worth every dollar. They actually know how to maintain a paint job properly in order to prevent oxidation. You can take your car to your local gas station to get the dust off, but you will need an occasional wax from professionals in order to preserve the paint in this So Cal sun. We couldnt be happier with the service our family has received!

Came here for the first time. We pulled up into their entrance and took atleast 5 mins for someone to approach and ask for what services we like. I asked for a basic wash which costs $15.99 as displayed, but magically becomes $20.99 after handing it over to the cashier inside. I later found out that the guy listed supreme wash instead of basic as shown in the receipt. Nobody told us the car was done. Other workers Honked and waved at customers to let them know that the car theyre working on is done. We just stood there wondering, so we thought it should be done since were the only customer waiting. We entered the vehicle and ready to leave but the key is not there. I needed to ask around for it. The car is not even clean outside. We came from Phoenix and we had some bugs in the front bumper. Most of them are still there. Im not coming back and I dont recommend this car wash place. Worst $20.99 Ive ever spent. I have a picture of the car after the supreme wash and the receipt.

Ive been paying with a gift card but this time I didnt have cash on me, so I asked them to charge an extra $5 and give me the cash so I can tip the attendant. The supervisor insisted that it cant be done, even when I explained the extra cash is for the tip. I literally wouldve had to drive away without giving a tip, which would be so rude.. These guys work in the heat all day and tips are a nice way for them to make more than the minimum wage! But the supervisor kept insisting that nothing can be done & walked away. However, the cashier (Bob) was able to charge my debit card for the amount of the tip, which was an easy transaction and made a happy customer out of me! Unlike his supervisor he listened to me, thought creatively & solved the problem easily, to both of our advantage. I think Bob should be the supervisor.

Again, Jonah the Manager of TCW stepped up to the plate, Jonah is the Manager and Ive always had great work done on my cars, last week one of the guys must have been having a rough day because he did not clean my car to the standards I am used to here at this establishment. I told Jonah and he made sure that everything was taken care of and my car was cleaned to perfection. I will never go to another car wash. I am treated with respect there and if something is not right, they attend to it quickly. Thank you Jonah for your help again.

I was extremely satisfied with the quality and customer service of Topanga Car Wash. Jesse was accommodating, kind, and helpful. My car was FILTHY. Three years of wintertime salt had basically ruined my upholstery. He scoured the inside, and the car is a gleaming beauty. I only paid for the interior and he still gave the exterior a wash, and offered a lot of useful information for upkeep. He even filled my tires with much needed air. Im definitely coming back for a good exterior scrub! Highly recommend Topanga Car Wash Canoga Park, CA!

Paid for services i didnt receive. Bought the premium wash which included undercarriage wash and sealer wax. When my car stopped at both stations the undercarriage did not get cleaned and the sealer wax did not get sprayed on. Told the attendant and was refunded 2 dollars, which really wasnt a refund since I paid an extra 2 dollars for having an suv so i still paid for those services. Makes me wonder how many other people unknowingly got swindled...

Most disappointing! The guys on the wash line missed half the surface. I pointed out to the supervisor that error. He asked if I would like it re washed. By all means. After my vehicle entered again the wash guys disappeared. Soap only. After pointing out to the supervisor, he simply offered a $3 refund. I had plenty of time to watch the other cars being washed and discovered my wash and every other has the same pattern on low quality.

This is the place that made me give up Pierres after a long time relationship there. As a car guy, Im not an easy customer to please, I recognize it. But these guys go above and beyond, Juan is a pro. Theres no drama here, you feel at home, prices are very reasonable but the best thing is the Topanga Car Wash- what you came here for. I get the Premier every time.
