Overall its A OK service but the staff are great. 1. Some of the sprayers dont spray detergents properly, and the water they use for rinse has a bad smell. I understand its gray water and its CA regulated. 2. Monthly passes are advertised as UNLIMITED but they are actually 1 wash a day passes. On raining days they are closed but will open if only it stops raining >2hrs and forecast indicates no further chances of rain for the day. I think based on current advertisements they should be honoring at least all 30 washes as token regardless of weather. I have already paid Metro Express for 30 days and I dont get all 30 days allocations. Metro Express collect 30 days regardless of performance. Either fix your signs, or roll out UNLIMITED carwash just as advertised. Deducted 3 more stars because now Im not allowed to leave my car and have to stay in my car during a wash. I dont see any signs or reasons why i have to stay in the car except the boss says so. Here you go mr.boss

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Their horrible car wash nicked the paint off my brand new car in 3 separate places (at least that I can tell so far)!!! Ive had my car for 2 months and this is the first time Ive had it washed, so I know it was done by this place! I am in shock that they are in business! Clearly this isnt the first time this has happened to someone here--while I was waiting to vacuum my car I saw another customer pointing to scratches on his car to the employees and when I went to complain and then leave my information to have the owner get back to me, on the same sheet that they slid away were other customers names, numbers and car information. What a scam!! I will not rest until this owner has paid to have these scratches repaired!!

Great fast service, my car got cleaned so fast for less $$$. Mr. Boss knows how to run this place. Beware of customers that keep crying about service here, but they are still coming back to get their car washed here, I wonder, maybe because its not true what they cry about, like the guy crying that they dont let him get out of the car when its being washed, or complaining about the monthly passes, or the lack of "detergents", or complain that the car wash is closed when it "RAINS". if this place was so bad, then why continue coming back, could it be that some people are just cry babies & just want attention...

Equipment seems to have been "less loved" than before . I can find 2-3 noses not working when inside the wash and at the vacuum station its missing the blue cloth that stops it from sucking in air making the rest weaker. The lights arent all on inside the vaccum stations at night too . I do love this place and its prices I hope they expand but not turn into a "cash cow" where the place gets run down. I see it happening a bit but its still keeping me coming back daily . I would say it needs a day of maintance to clean and fix everything.

This place is great, the guys that spray and scrub your car take their time before it enters the main wash. This is the only drive in car wash Ive been to that dries your car the most. Even if its still wet, their spot free rinse had got to be the better kind out there, which leaves the least amount of spotting that Ive noticed.

The service done by teenage kids how dont care. Almost crash my car inside the tunnel when the car in front got stack the kid that runs the place didnt know or care... I needed to force myself back in back. ****** watch out. **********

i love this carwash. i live a block away. i wash my truck at least once a week. its convenient, the wash is good and i pay $15 a month unlimited. i used to pay $18 per wash with tip before i switched. i hope they never shut down.

Cheap and fast, my car always looks good after. Only reason it isnt getting 5 stars is that there arent enough vacuums. Last few times Ive been there have been giant lines to get to one

$6 express wash did a great job, was in and out in 5 minutes as they advertise. Wish there were more express places like this, I dont always need a full service wash.

Awesome car wash. Very quick machine tunnel. And you self vacuum yourself. No lines on weekday and all for 6 bucks basic wash. Cannot ask for more
