I went to this car wash because I happened to be driving by and needed one. They had a sign saying Other Car Wash Coupons Accepted at $7.99. I complained when they charged me $8.99 saying this is their coupon price. I pointed out the sign outside and they said It doesnt say that and then they took down the sign. It was cold that day so we were waiting inside. The guy didnt come inside and let me know my car was ready. When I went outside, it had been sitting there who knows how long, then they remembered that I asked for tire dressing and did it while I was standing there in the cold. Indeed an above-average car wash, but poor and dishonest customer treatment.

This review is from my wife (her reviews are not as verbose as mine): "This car wash has really gone downhill. They have never been quick, but they used to be thorough. I just got my car washed and did not realize what a horrible job they did until I got to work. The entire passenger side was not wiped down, so it is covered in water spots. The door compartments are filthy, not even touched. It seems like they just wiped down the drivers side so that when I walked up to the car it would look like they did a good job. Will never return after this experience."

When I go to a professional car wash, I want a professional job. I dont want WATERMARKS on the drivers side of my car. I want the BIRD DROPPINGS to have been cleaned off. And if I ask the person drying and finishing the car to please take out the leaves that are inside the windshield wipers, I expect that to be done. I DONT want to hear NO, IM NOT GOING TO DO THAT? So I saved myself the $5 tip I was going to leave. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

Every step of this car wash is horrible. They dont vaccuum very well at all. When your car comes out of the wash, its still dirty. Then the guys who wipe your car down gladly hand the keys back to you even though the dirt is still visible. If you need to tell these guys what to do, whats the use of even going. Not going to return, even if the price is good. Rather pay a few more dollars to get my car washed right.

I brought my car in today to get it washed hardly anyone there I think the car came back dirtier than when I brought it yet fingerprints on my white leather inside it was a horrible day theyre lazy I would never go to this place again ever I would suggest everyone else do the same

Took my car for a wash here and oh my goodness it came out pretty much the same!DIRTY! Windows were still marked! Horrible vacuum service! I want my car well cleaned rather than fast service!

experience was horrible and reason being they are under new ownership; it took them 1 hour and 10 minutes to do a wash and I did not get what I paid for. Will not be taking my car there again!

The cashier (woman) is rude and has a garbage mouth, The wait time is almost and hour because of lack of help. When you complain they curse you out. Find yourself another car wash.

I called they refused to give me the price over the phone
