I paid for a full detail and came back an hour later to check their progress. Found them drying my 3 week old paint job, with dirt still in the wheel wells, and crevices all over the vehicle. I asked to speak with a manager and was told DJ would help me. DJ said "oh Im sorry, Im sorry well send it back through for another wash, just have a seat." We sat back down in the waiting room and DJ came back around to come in side and laughingly said something along the lines of I dont even think it went through the wash. He explained that its too tall to fit inside their wash so someone rinsed it down then someone mustve brought it straight out to dry by mistake. He was VERY apologetic but this obviously didnt instill any confidance as Id just paid $7500 for this paint job 3 weeks ago and I didnt find it nearly as laughable as he did. Once DJ walked inside another customer in the waiting area approached us and mentioned that he wouldnt have Cruisers do anything but their cheap wash on his car that was beat up because of what they did to his wifes new car during a detail. I walk back over to where the truck is in a detailing bay and notice swirled rag marks all over (most notably the rear fenders). One in particular stands out where a rag had been dragged from the crevice behind the rear bumper with semi-deep clearcoat scratches so told the guys working on it to pause while I grab DJ.DJ came out and started telling me that the scratches (that were in the fresh streaks left by their rags) mustve been from before (remeber: BRAND NEW PAINT!...first car wash!). DJ starts getting defensive and telling me to take a seat while they fix everything and that their body shop can make the scratches dissappear for no extra charge (oh geeh.. thanks?) By this time, two workers were looking at the corner of the truck with the worst scratches and DJ walked up with a pressure washer and started washing it himself. Not willing to go back to the waiting room and risk more damage being done, we stepped back to the lawn on the edge of the parking lot to watch the rest of the car wash. One worker opened the back door to pull the carpets from the back seat while DJ walked (very frustratedly) around with the pressure washer and absolutely blasts the leather back seats through the open door.. I walked over quickly as a worker scrambled to close the back door and said "hang on youve gotta be kidding me!!! At least close the door while youre spraying it down!" At this point DJ shrugs his shoulders like he had no idea what I was saying. I said you "just soaked my back seat, this is ridiculous!" He asked me again to go sit in the waiting room while the wash is being done and I told him that he obviously cant be unsupervised without causing more and more damage. AT THAT POINT HE WALKS UP, GETS IN MY FACE AND SAYS "YOU DONT WANT TO TALK TO ME THAT WAY, IM F#$!&ING CRAZY, YOU UNDERSTAND ME? IM F#$!&ING CRAZY." If damage werent being done to my truck this wouldve been down right comical. Considering the circumstances however it certainly wasnt. I pulled out my phone camera and started recording him. I reminded him that he was the one whod done wrong here and Im the one whod just paid to have vehicle detailed and gotten nothing but unimaginably bad service. Now, with the camera out, he started calling me sir and seemed to forget his threat to me entirely. I walked back over to the truck (still recording him) and asked if hed repeat his threat in front of the camera at which point he said he was done with me and walked over to the manager, Carlos, (where has he been this whole time..?) and instructed Carlos to give me a refund and my keys and not to talk to me. I continued recording and asked Carlos (I got his name later fom the receptionist) to for the number of his manager to which he just smiled and stayed silent. I told him I was recording out interaction and continued to ask but all he did was weak up to the receptionist and say "give him his one back" before walking into his office, closing the door behind him.

Let me just say this. I went to get my car washed and when I came back from Costco my car was stolen...... Yes you heard me stolen. This was a Saturday about a month ago and on Sunday they had another car stolen..... My was at the drying station and the other was at the vacuum station. A couple of things bothered me about how they handled this whole thing. First when I got there they put on a show like they didnt know that a Black Audi A 6 was stolen.... I found out later that the guy drying saw the guy jump into my car and drive off without getting the ticket, so they knew it was stolen. Then I never get a call from them to follow up or apologize. Next I got charged for my car wash lol....... The car was found 2 weeks later a complete mess, the guy who stole my car is in jail. My car was a complete mess and they did detail my car for me for free of course. I lost a lot of personnel items and both my Auto and homeowners insurance has a deductible so well see if the car wash will recognize these deduction but Im not getting the warm and fuzzies. Funny thing you would think theyd learn their lesson. I just went back to get my new car washed and the guy who was drying my car never asked me for my ticket LOL he just took the tip and walked away...... So this seems like the new way to steal cars so keep an eye on your car. I walked to Costco and I always leave so the car can properly dry bc Im thinking the establishment will protect my vehicle. I think their very casual about the keys and handling of the cars even after they lose 2 cars in 2 days...... Scary

This place is a HORRIBLE excuse for a car wash!!! I told them I was giving them ONE more chance, because the last couple of times I went there, the car wasnt CLEAN!! (This was the first time bringing in my new car, which I havent even made the first payment on yet!!) So what do they do????? They leave it FILTHY again, AND...The IDIOT scrapes off part of my dashboard with his fingernail!~! Yep, looks like hell, THEN the guy THROWS the keys back at me when I complained, and OF COURSE, the manager (Karlos), says "I dont think we did that", and says really rudely, "Ill give you only another REGULAR car wash (I paid for DELUXE!), and I WONT refund your money!" ....Now THAT my friends, is the good ol Los Angeles customer service weve all come to know & HATE!!!

We have been going there for quite a while now, I usually get my car washed every few weeks, since I get my gas at Costco, its very convenient. The past two times, however, they have not been getting all the bugs off the front of the car. I pay for their "Ultimate Works" wash, and it is supposed to have the wax, I watched my car go through their washer, and either their wax was non-functioning, or they just didnt turn it on. This is the second time that has happened with them, no wax, and my car not getting clean, so Im going to try a different place. Paying $23 for that, plus I always tip well, so not cool! I like that they are right by Costco, but I dont like wasting my money.
