THEY CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD ON MY BRAND NEW CAR AND WONT FESS UP. I have been going to this car wash for many years. This was my favorite place to go due to the price. I never had an issue before now, aside from the quick wash job that leaves spots and dirt behind everytime, but you get what you pay for right? Until now. I went today to simply treat myself to a full service car wash for my brand new car (since this is the first time Ive ever had a new car and not the beater cars Ive had previously), and those guys CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD. After politely going to discuss the incident with the assistant manager (Shawn) who was the only one on duty today running the place, he simply laughed at me and called me a liar. He proceeded to tell me that I had a chip in my windshield prior to going to the car wash which caused a crack to form and go down the entire center of the window. So youre telling me, that within the half hour timeframe I was at the car wash, a crack formed and went down the entire window from a mysterious chip that was never there?? NOPE. What happened was someone dropped something on my windshield that caused a GIANT CRACK down the whole windshield. I had to wait for a police officer to arrive who took down a report. The assistant manager lied to the cop and told him completely different stories than what he was telling me. Everyone at the car wash knew they messed up but the assistant manager just continued to be defensive and extremely rude. I asked for the camera footage before the cop arrived and he told me the manager would get it tomorrow.THEN when the cop was present, he would not admit that they can obtain the camera footage. He said he doesnt know anything about the cameras. I am now having to take this to small claims court simply for the fact that I would rather deal with it that way and have justice over this matter, than let them get away with treating people like this. I am not one to EVER write a bad review or argue with anyone but I personally do not have the money to pay for someone elses mistake and let them get away with doing it to other people. I will NEVER in my lifetime take my car here, nor take my car to a car wash without taking pictures of everything prior to the wash. Lucky for me, I had taken a picture through my car windshield yesterday which proves there was NOTHING (no chip, no crack)to create that crack in my windshield. Theres clearly even a chip in the paint on my car above the crack which shows where an item was dropped to cause the crack. I personally work in a corporate office and have run a business before. This is NO WAY to treat a longtime customer, nor is it a way to handle business. I am completely repulsed in how I was treated and how childish things had to get. I would never in my life go this far to "lie" about a previous chip to get it fixed. Im a very honest person who simply wants my car back to the condition it was brought here in. Trust is completely broken and I will NEVER return here now. I regret coming there today and tipping the generous amount I did before finding my car in this state. Im LIVID and will most definitely take legal action so that good will win as always. You just cant get away with doing this!

Rude manager, rip off oil change, poor customer service The service tech and manager running the oil change and car wash business is severely degrading the quality of customer service. Ive been coming to this oil change and car wash several times and today I brought in a newspaper coupon that stated $28.99, reduced from the regular $36.99 price. When pulling up to the oil change I asked the price. The tech asked "Conventional or regular?", I asked "What do you recommend? " He said "High mileage and its $49.99", then I showed my coupon. He said "Show that to the cashier." In other words, the cashier will adjust the price. The $36.99 on the coupon does not state anything about conventional or high mileage. And these guys change prices all the time without the owners knowledge. And they avoid stating "before tax and disposal fee." I went to the cashier and was charged the full price. I went back to the oil change tech and asked why I was charged full price and not the coupon price. The tech immediately went on the defensive and changed his story and spoke over me several times. I asked for the manager Sal, he come out and explained to him how I was mislead by the tech and by the coupon that, again, does not state the difference between conventional and high mileage. This is deceiving and false advertising. I told Sal that I can see why you guys have several negative reviews and that I will be posting a negative review as well. Sal then shrugged his shoulders with a condescending smirk and said, "Well, whats one more gonna do?" Then he walked away grinning. I just said Im never coming here again. Ive already posted 3 negative reviews on Google, Yelp, and Angies List.

I got the Groupon "The Best" car wash and oil change. The oil change guys were cool, the cashier chick was great and helpful. The Car wash SUCKED !!!!!!!!!!! They didnt vacuum the back seat, the back floor, or the very back of my Jeep Compass. I still had dog hair everywhere. The glass/plastic inside the car looked like the rag it was wiped with was filled with grease, dirt everywhere. They didnt put ANY air freshener(even though they asked what kind I wanted). Basically I paid for them to wash the outside of my car. I couldve paid my kid $10 for that !!!!!! Garbage deal, even for a Groupon. I even tipped "Jose" pretty well and he was a not so appreciative when my kid handed him $3 (Im aware thats not a great tip, but the job sucked, so the tip sucked. They obviously dont care here.

Got persuaded to buy a $19.99/month unlimited, any time, express car wash which for me is fine. This was last spring over 10 months ago. It was ok for a while and was happy to tip them. But later, I noticed that every time I go through the express car wash, these guys only wipe dry what you could see from the drive seat. Front and rear bumpers are never wiped at all. And, by the time you noticed, you only see water marks. They also do not air out excess water from the side mirrors so it will naturally drip and dry on side of doors. And since I have a black car, those dried out traces of water show up ugly as hell.

I took my car in for a wash with a rainbow glaze. As I watched it go down the line, no glaze was applied. I pointed it out to the cashier. She called the manager, and they ran it through a second time, and again no glaze was applied. I have a business to attend to and did not want to try for a third time and asked for a refund. The manager smiles and offers a free wash another time. So what he was saying was, we did not give you what you paid for, but come back and try us again. No way! There are four other car washes that are about the same distance, and they will get my business from now on.
