I had such a really bad experience at this place. Please guys when going to this car wash you have to make sure that you check your care with them before and double check with them after!! One of Their employee tried to steal my car speaker the one on the passenger side yesterday. My care is a Mercedes CLK so yall know how Mercedes have good materials and their parts dont break easily, so the guy wasnt able to pull the all speaker, he left it hanging. When I saw it I called him and asked him He denied and started to be rude but at first he was nervous when he called me to let me know that he finished washing my car. I went to speak to their boss about what Happened to my car, he told me that I have to fix it myself. I was really upset at the point that I had to call the police... To cut the story short, This people ruined my day, I will never go back to this place. I go to several car wash here in Sanfernando Valley this is my first time to experience something like this. I believe in karma, Ill pray to God that what they did to me happen to them triple times

These guys decide to close car wash down early whenever they feel they are done. Happened twice now...both times I would call to check on how late they were open and the person working there would say that they were open until 5....BOTH times I got there at 415 and they were closed...that was within 10 min of calling to verify and both times they knew I was coming. Make sure u gotta back up place in mind in case u come here and they are closed for no apparent reason.

Just got done with car wash. All was good till I got in car. Noticed a worker had broken a bottle of salsa on the passengers seat. Not only did they refuse to properly clean stating that they didnt know if they had broke it, they refuses to reimburse the cost if the damaged goods. Guy offered free tire dressing with my next purchase of a car wash. Really?! U think Im gonna pay for you to break more stuff??? Stay away. Its a crappy business. BEWARE!!!

Definitely deserving of all the great reviews, this is a great hand car wash! I live in the burbs but wait until Im in the area for work to stop here for my car wash. Have easily been to Elston a dozen times in the past year and never disappointed. The owner inspects every Mission Car Wash before it goes out. A place like this in the suburbs would but all of those machine wash guys out of business.

Rented a uhaul van with no problems. Then I checked my CC statement. Received a mysterious $10.23 charge for which I didnt receive a receipt. I think they charged for gas even though I returned the van with a full tank. Ive seen other complaints online saying the same thing.

Been a customer for while and the service is good, when they try new guys the wash is not good but when the regular guy washes my car, Im always happy. So far I have never had any problems here

I paid 20 and was not satisfied with the results at all! they didnt clean anything inside my car and I had to do it myself. Expensive with zero value.

Place isnt busy at all. Was time 45 minutes for a simple wash and oil change. 65 minutes later, hasnt been washed and still doing the oil change
