I dont tend to review a business unless my experience was extreme...either positive or negative. In fact, I mostly just report positive experiences, because that is my preference. This place was truly awful. I had a tiny bit of of chocolate on the back seat of my Audi...didnt have time to go home and clean it myself, and thought that I would just pay extra and do an interior wash. I asked Sam, the manager, what package would get the chocolate wiped away. He put me on a $40 interior wash. When my guy called me over, I found that the chocolate was untouched...and leather solution was smeared on seat around it. I asked him to get that one tiny spot, and he responded it wasnt part of my package...that leather treatment was the only included component. I asked if I could borrow a rag. He pointed to a stack of dirty rags. I grabbed one and took care of the tiny spot. Then I rubbed the leather goop into the seats, so it wouldnt get all over clothes. Then as I opened my trunk, I noticed no vacuuming had been accomplished. I drove car back to front, told Sam of the issue. He said they dont vacuum trunks unless specifically requested by customer. I then proceeded to vacuum my own trunk using an empty bay, and noticed they hadnt vacuumed any of the vehicle. Then when I returned home, I noticed that my windshield was cracked in lower driver corner...hot day in a rough car wash...bummer. I just spoke with Sam and Ed (owner maybe?) I was trying to be a friendly neighbor and give them an opportunity to recognize a need for change. They both assured me that they are the best outfit around and made excuses for every concern I had from vacuum issue to interior cleaning issue, stating that no one should even read online reviews. And they said that the detailers dont speak english, so no one can be blamed. When I said I spoke Spanish with my detailer, they just grunted. Ed and Sam do not speak Spanish...I got the impression that they dont respect their own employees:( I was disappointed.

STAY AWAY!! They do a horrible job on the car wash. I brought my jeep in and their employees swirled the heck out of my paint. Im not sure if he just used dirty towels or what but now I have swirls all over it. I brought it to the manager Miguels attention and he refused to make try and fix it. It took an 1 1/2 to do and oil change and wash and Im left with a car full of swirls. Horrible customer service ! I am boycotting them.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience!!!!! Took my wifes 2017 Honda to get washed and they knocked out her front drivers side fog light! Manager kept denying it was them and didnt even want to go ask the employees what happened. On top of that they scratched the living hell out of her rear drivers side door!! I would NEVER take my vehicle here! Management is horrible as well as the quality of the car wash. I will be filing a lawsuit.

Horrible!!! I took my car for a wash and ended up with a big dent on the from of my car. I talk to the managers and they told me they couldnt do anything about. One of the managers was pretty rude. I will not be going back there. If you go there please check to see if your car is ok.

All fuels available. Car wash is decent. They will miss the cup holders and other nooks and crannies sometimes. The oil change is a competitively priced. Just watch for the up-sell. But, you do get a free car wash with the service.

Over charged me by accident then manager came and refused to compensate. How does one go in thinking they paid 40 bucks for a car service and get charges 400 by mistake? Employees arent taking their job seriously

Love this place! $38 (or $34 with a coupon) for a great car wash and vacuumedv plus an oil and filter change. VERY popular so show up early in the morning!

They do a pretty good job here. Got my oil changed and car washed - the guys really put a lot of effort into drying it and cleaning the windows.

Take forever, but do a great job. Dont visit if you are in a hurry, be prepared to hang out for at least 45 minutes.
