I have never had any issues in 10 years. A full van detail service takes a reasonable (4.5 hours) for my Toyota Sienna, they will give you a ride home, so you dont need to wait. I am sure I could save a few bucks going another car wash, but I know this one does great service, at fair price. My 5 children can cause a serious mess, but now the van is almost showroom new and my wife is happy. I think next time I am going to ask if they can clean my baby car seats?

As I drove in and told them which wash I wanted they disagreed with me and signed me up for a more expensive option after driving off with my car. Then after waiting for over an hour I tip the worker $5 just to have him throw it back in my face and tell me that after working so hard on my car he deserves more. I think he expected me to then give him more. After all this my car was still not clean. Overpriced as well. Not recommended.

Ive been taking my car here for several years and never had any problems with the quality of the wash and the cleaning of the interior - for the price they do quite a good job. The service guys arent the friendliest lot but Ive found that if youre friendly to them theyll usually respond well. Their system is pretty speedy even when very busy (~20 min), so overall its a good place to go for a quick wash.

Great job detailing, though terrible at taking cars in the order they come. I literally was bypassed by 12 cars in am. Rather than accommodating they were combative, frankly dont need that on my weekends. Tried it again today - bypassed by 5 before they took my car. Sigh. Nice job, but make sure you have a ton of time to waste. Friendly service 1/10

Went to them a few times, paid well, tipped well, last time I went, one of the employees stole valuables out of my glove box, they denied it and said they had no liability for lost or stolen items. Will never be going back, I even called and spoke to the manager, very sneaky and unprofessional staff. No integrity

I tried cleaning my car there twice and both of the times they cleaned very poorly. I had to ask them to redo it and clean better. Really, not a good place to come wash your car at. They have to replace their employees to better ones- that clean well. This is the point of paying for a car wash. Isn’t it?

Horrible attitude! The car was dirty, so they were very upset, and gave me lots of attitude. I brought in my car becasue it was dirty, why else do you go to the car wash ;) In the end I helped myself to the vacuum and did it on my own (I did pay for them to clean my car!....) they left the car a mess.

First and last time that I go there. I paid $39.99 for a detailing package that included hand wax, which they did not do, and not only that, they the car was not even washed properly and the interiors were still dirty! Terrible service!

Horrible attitude! They didnt vaccum my car right and I nicely complained, the two "managers" started yelling at me in front of my son! Very rude! Terrible service! Save your money! Plenty of better options in the area.

My first time here but I love these places. You get a good exterior was and mostly dry The reason I prefer this to the full service places is that you also get free vacuum and a shaded place to clean out your interior.

Go there weekly. Go early, before 10am, for a significant discount. Quality is excellent. Snacks, automotive gadgets and greeting cards are available. Wheelchair accessible.

Terrible quality of work. Spent $60 for a wash and wax. Spots everywhere on the car - took 3 of their towels, spent 30 mins and finished the job myself. Highway robbery.

I am very disappointed. First the guy who gives your ticket have a BO And I try to use my " 9.99" coupons, nope!!! Is only for a 14.99 wash that coverts in to a 9.99
