We bought a monthly pass a few months ago and because of the convenience and decent price we have tolerated sub-standard service. Today was a very busy day. The line went clear out to Tucker Rd. When I finally got to the front of the line I asked for cinnamon air freshener. She gave me Jasmine instead. The smell immediately caused my throat to start swelling and my nose to run. I tried to get the attention of the attendant and the lady brushing my car, but they were too busy to help me. So, I threw the air freshener out the window. That got their attention. First the brush girl questioned my motives, then the car wash boy had her stop the car wash so he too could knock on my window and reprimand me. On my way to a funeral, tolerance for his admonishment was low but my good manners overcame. A simple little mistake like handing someone an air freshener to which they are allergic could result in a life threatening situation. Attendants need to be more attendant and less confrontational.

This car wash leaves spots like crazy! Even if you upgrade your wash, your vehicle (if its dark like mine) looks worse than it did before the wash. Ive been through several other cruz thru washes like this one, and they ALL have spot free rinse, evidently this wash does not. Which is asinine considering the amount of business they have. Customer satisfaction is priority you would think. Ill just have to stick with the good cruz thrus in Bakersfield or Palmdale. Bummer.

After they scrubbed my car with brushes, i went in and the swirling overhead arm came down, like normal, but it ripped off my antenna, and cracked my rear window! They didnt even pay for it!! i Went next door to car wash express, and they gave me a handwash, and a completly touch-free carwash for five bucks!!! Cheaper and better than Sail Thru!!! And they have Complete Car Detailing, and a full service for 15 bucks!! I would not recommend Sail Thru to ANYONE!!

The location of this car wash is good, and there was a very short line when I went. However, after a single wash there were significant scratches in my clear coat! A thorough waxing hid about 80% of them, but for a car wash to do so much damage in a single go is horrible. To rub salt in the wound, the car was only moderately clean. Steer clear if you care about your paint job...

This car wash is reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly and respectful. They have vacuums for customers. They are easily accessible. They offer a monthly plan that allows unlimited washes. In fact my only complaint is sometimes the line is all the way out to the road.

Love this carwash! Does a thorough job and is the only one out here. I love that you can buy the unlimited pass as my car always gets dirty due to our crazy weather.
