The gentleman who greets you could not be nicer. He really makes your day and is happy to answer questions and explain services. Then you go inside and if you are lucky, you get a nominal thank you. However, the woman who works the register is often surly, impatient, UNgrateful, and basically very rude. As a previous post mentioned, I also had to wait for her to slog through a personal conversation on the phone before she waited on me. Then, when I had questions about how the various options on their pink frequent washer card works (I had just gotten one), her answers were incomplete and did not make sense and when I questioned her further, she was curt and outwardly very condescending. The wash job itself was not 100 percent complete, either, because I had to point out a few missed spots here and there. Overall, not a horrible experience, but if that cash register gal slights me one more time, I am going to tell her off and I am going to summon the manager. She is not doing that place any favors.

Santa Palm Car Wash is the best car wash I have ever used in my entire life, end of story. I still cant figure out how they washed and detailed my car that had just arrived from the east coast for such a low cost. If youre new to the area and looking up car washes on your smart phone or iPad or Tablet, like I was, stop searching and just check this place out. Freakin awesome. Their web site could probably use a makeover (im a web designer and interactive developer), but when they say "we treat every car like a star", its not just some cheesy used-car salesmen pitch, they actually do. I watched a Bentley get washed right next to my Jeep Liberty Renegade with lights on top, and they put just as much effort into my car as the Bentley. It was awesome, and the people are classy. Absolutely the WORST car wash Ive ever been to. Ive been a loyal Santa Palm customer for 5+ years and always thought they did a good job until today. The guy who washed my car was slow, lazy, took 20+ minutes longer than any car of the lot and still left water spots and dirt on my car. He seemed annoyed that his tip wasnt larger as I then had to go around the car with his towel and clean it myself. When I got home, I notice that HE KEYED MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR KEYED, AVOID SANTA PALM CAR WASH AT ALL COSTS!

i went for a 3 star wash which is the second highest you can go, but that was terrible!! the car is still filthy. the rims still have dust on them, the body has bird droppings, the interior still has some leaves and twigs - it was an all around poor job. when i came to pay for my wash the woman was having a personal conversation on the phone and didnt acknowledge me for about 5 min! all in all, this is was not a good car wash. the only good thing was the the guy was very friendly when i pulled in. thats where the service ended.

Ive been using their Santa Palm Car Wash for several years now, always consistent and best value around. However, yesterday I used their interior shampoo service for the first time. My Mazda 4 mini-mini van is 4 years old and pretty after hauling just about everything and anything around it for our house. I was totally blown away how good a job they did with the shampoo, they got stains out I never though would come out, its like s brand new car again. The attention to detail was excellent, they cleaned every.

Never again! The first time they broke and lost a piece of my rear windshield wiper. The second time, the full detail was terribly done ... the interior looks like they quickly wiped a greasy rag over every surface, the wheels looked barely touched, and many surfaces on the exterior were clearly not touched. Waste of time and money, this place.

This is a good car wash. I wouldnt rate it "amazing," like they claim everyone calls them, but its good. Their service tends to be slow and they dont have a comfortable customer waiting area. Also prices are a bit high. However everyone was nice and they did a good job with cleaning the car, so I cant expect anything more from them.

Consistently great experience. Im not sure what they do or use, but car always seems shinier than other places with even the most basic of washes. Friendly staff, and they do a great job. Cant beat the location!

One of the best premium car washes in the city. Premium card are the norm, but they turned my piece of junk into a showroom ready polished wonder in 45 minutes for about 60 bucks including tip.

This place is a scam. I paid over $200 they did not even clean the inside, the trunk was not vacumed. They did not even give me any partial refund and treated me very rudely.

Nice staff and always do a careful and thorough job washing my car. Unlike most car washes in the area, they never try to pressure me into deluxe washes, etc.
