unfortunately my experience with washing my car their was absolutely waist of money .. I wish people read the reviews .... - They dont list the washing fee before you get in all the way to the vacuum cleaner , thats because most of the time like with me , there was cars behind me and in front of me , so no way out any more and so I ended up purchasing the cheapest wash that they had which was out side wash for $11 which the guy took cash and ask me to drive my car through. - now he said $11 for outside wash not inside .. that was the deal .. how ever .. they ran the car through the washing machine and the blower and when the car came out it was still sports of dirt and they said thats it. no one came to dry or clean it .... as if as I hosed it my self .... I asked them why they are not cleaning the body as I paid for , they said this is all you get. Well this is what you guys get .. they are just there to get your money ....

Phone stolen from vehicle on March 9, 2015 around 1:30pm. I shouldnt have left it in there. After the cleaning, I noticed my phone was missing. Used "Find my iPhone" and saw it back at Beach Cities Car Wash. Then it moved to a nearby area in Venice. Then it disappeared off the map. I called Beach Cities and they didnt have an answer for me. The phone re-appeared on the map in Koreatown that night and disappeared again. I called the police but there isnt much they can do.

Really bad!!! I spent more than any other car wash, and they didn´t do a good job at all! When I complained about the bad job they did, one of the workers told me: If you want it cleaner, you have to pay more. Really mediocre. I had to go home and clean the windows and vacuum the car again, never again. At Milleniun car wash, right in front of them, they do a great job for less money.

I was charged twice for a car wash and I got one car wash they refused to reimburse the money they charged me as well as doing a terrible job vacuuming the vehicle terrible entry to the carwash Im not blaming the cleaning crew because I know thats a tough job to do they need better management and they need to reimburse people if they charge them twice

beach cities is my go-to local carwash in the venice area. consistently great results, early-bird specials, frequent washer points. wi-fi, coffee, cookies, and both indoor and outdoor seating! plus you can watch your car as it rides through the slightly pirate-themed auto-wash if you like. cant go wrong.

The place was beautifully decorated, nice cashier shop, however, the thing that mattered most - the car wash - was very disappointing. The person that did my car was in such a hurry that he didnt dry my car off right. I had to get one of the other guys to dry it off for me.

It is convenient they are fast. And they allow you to vacuum your own car at no charge. For the basic wash the service is so so. They very quickly dry it after but will give you the cloths so you can do it thoroughly yourself

Terrible service. Rude staff. Pushy and unfriendly . The Manager Gustavo needs an anger management class and is unprofessional in his manner. Skip the place. But then again its only a stupid carwash. maybe you will get lucky.

Do not use this place! My car went into the car wash and came out damaged! The rear bumper was ripped off! Terrible customer service as they said its not their fault. Avoid if you want your car treated with respect!
