Been costumer at this car wash for two years (I had the membership Madison car wash) , never had a problem, really like to wash my vehicle at this location, will give 4 stars. But , today I came alone to wash my car and for some reason a female rudely approached thru me with vacuum and left a small scratch on the door of my car (she vandalized the door of my vehicle) ... I noticed to this "lady" about this which she yelled and screemed at me in front of everyone at the self vacuum place car wash . And saw "team workers" the 7 guys that seats on the bench by front vacuum (wearing blue shirts and pretending that they are working) they was staring at me and bullying , one of the team worker started to recording me with his cell phone (maybe because they all was mexicans and the woman that shouted at me ) Ive had to text my friend about this incident for security purposes ... After pulling out of the drive - thru car wash I noticed there was an aggressive stalker following my vehicle and pointed (Im pretty sure if she had a weapon she will use it ) her cell phone at my car ... From today I feel very unsafe at this car wash enviroment , and will never come back to this location . People and ladies, please be careful at this place especially if youre by your self.

You get what you pay for with this one, and I should have figured as much. First off, the lady greets you and tells you about the early bird special of a 10$ wash plus tire coating (early bird because it's originally 12$). Issue #1: nothing against her or anyone else learning English, but between her accent and the rate at which she spoke I literally couldn't understand what she was saying, but she seemed nice, So I read the sign instead, said screw it it's only 2$ more, thanked her and smiled. Ok stage one complete. Next I pull my pride and joy up to the tunnel, put her in neutural, flip on pavoratti and enjoy the ride. I immediately knew this was a bad idea, as my car is now being subjected to the most physical abuse it has seen Suddenly there is a light at the end of the tunnel and it's almost over! We get dried (which was done by both a machine and some of the crew they had) and come out OK- the 2$ extra was for them to run a wet brush dipped in some coating BRIEFLY over your tires. Now heres my sticking point. I pull away and look out my passenger side window only to see scratches that weren't there before! Really?!! WTF mate? Conclusion- if you care about your car either do it yourself, or honestly go somewhere else!

Spent over $100 for a detail job at Madison, but found my cars bumper with a 4 x 1/4 inch buffer "burn". I brought this to the attention of Asst. Mgr., Sergio Birio, who denied responsibility saying the burn was there. I have photos to the contrary. My car was pristine. I asked the Managers name. Sergio said he did not know the correct spelling of his Boss, Mgr. Cal Omani. I filled out a complaint form, which included names of the young men who did the detail. Got a classy run around. I had been a customer for 12 years. Never heard from them. My Hollywood repair man says the car was definitely burned by buffing from Madison. The treatment I received was pernicious, irresponsible, unresponsive, highly offensive, but had a high sleaze rating.

THE WORST CAR WASH IN LOS ANGELES. I had the worst experience at Madison Carwash. I asked for a simple, quick car wash when I pulled up. I was conned into a $24.99 car wash and promised it would be done in 15 minutes. 20 mins later I went to my car and one person was drying the car and the inside of the car had yet to be touched. I went to complain to the manager, Nick...he didnt car that he lied to me about the length of time it would take. At 30 min I went to my car again and the inside was still untouched. The windows, seats and dash were not touched. I asked for my money back and Nick said since the car went thru the wash, he cant give me all my money back. It was a 40 minute wasted mess.

I didnt expect any car detailing service for $30, but listen, there shouldnt be dirt on the car after the "hand-wash", right?! Dont waste your money on any "premium", "luxury" services, just buy the most regular one, there is no difference at all! And dont even think to spend on "hand-wash", they promise to take care about all spots and so on but in fact its one hour of your time wasted and all water spots and dirty spots on its places. Not talking about different types of "wax" and "polish" - they dont really apply any. And you will have to vacuum the car once again after they did it, good they have free vacuum there.

Ive been giving Madison Car Wash my patronage since 2009. Always a great experience, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to exceed my expectations. My one complaint? I cant stand how rude some of the customers are to the employees! These good men and women work very hard. Please, if you cant be kind to the employees, take your business somewhere else. Even better, move back to where you came from. Attitude wont get you far in LA. I loathe witnessing deliberate unkindness.

I usually go there. You vacuum yourself and then stay in your car while you go through the wash. I payed 10 bucks for a wash and rainbow wax. There are two guys with rags waiting at the end to wipe off any leftover water and such. When I got home I was furious to see there was tons of bird poo still on my car. This really aggravates me since I have to take it off myself. 10 bucks and I have to vacuum myself? hmmmmm i called, but the fax answered each time. Thats my 2 cents.

I took my car to Madison for the first time. In the process of washing my car, one of the workers broke my windshield mirror. They tried to fix but were not able to. Of course they had me fill out the customer damage form and said the owner Cal would call me, of course he never did. I have tried to call no less than 5 times, Cal has never once tried to return my calls. I will NEVER take my car there again. Cal, appreciate your unprofessional service

$5 car wash...love it! Car washes are one of those weekend chores that are just that, a chore. Usually takes up way too much of your time. Sure it can be nice to sit outside reading a magazine on a nice day waiting for your car to be dried and shined, but lets be honest, a 5 minute $5 wash cant be beat! You can even get a card thats 5 washes for the price of 4. Of course you can get a fancier wash there as well.

I had a terrible experience. No one there could speak english. I waited in three different lines. The first one for ten minutes before someone came and told me where to drive to the second line where i was missirected then when i attempted to figure out their process "i was asking questions" and i suppose i asked too many because i was told to leave if i was not getting a wash. Worse customer service ever.
