wanted my truck washed, and its a pretty big and pretty dirty, so they told me I HAVE to get the $150 detail package. no problem, my family has been bringing cars here forever, and they do great work. So it took 2 hours to finish my truck, I bought it in at 12:00. its now 3:20 and Ive had to point out every issue I have for the past hour and a half for them to fix it. tons of armor all in my cup holders, rear window wasnt even touched. armorall slathered on my navigation screen, rear bumper still had DRY DIRT on it.door frames not wiped down. floor mats not put in. and every spot behind the bumpers, and the lips of the wheel wells werent even touched. I wish I could post pictures. I honestly wouldnt care, but if you charge me for a complete detail, I want a complete detail. I just wanted a wash and a vacuum. So Ive literally wasted 2 hours of my life on my day off. theyre still working on it now, so itll be another half hour is what the manager said. this is pathetic its 3:55 now, told me the truck was ready again. even more armor all on navigation screen, cup holders still not cleaned, door frames still dirty, armor all on the inside of my window, pillars on the inside not cleaned, I even took a napkin and cleaned them to show that they can be cleaned, still have crud on my center console. all I literally wanted was a wash and vacuum, thats it. but when you sell me a detail because my truck is too big and dirty, then do what I happily payed you for. So now we wait for them to go at it again. lets see what happens this time around.

Have been wanting to get my car interior deeply washed. With two nieces, my car was bound to get dirty....!!! Came in, asked about pricing. Was a bit nervous, what if they dont do a good job. What is they arent able to get the stains out. Left my car(my baby) in their hands. After 2 1/2 hours my car was so clean!! They got all the juice stains out! Great price, I am very satisfied with the service.! Will be taking my other cats and will actually be recommending Valley Car Wash to my friends.

2/6/2016 First time customer. Very popular car wash, very big place. They use the old style cloth washing system and the regular car wash costs $14.99. I watched the car being washed and the cloth rolers and wheels leave a few parts of the untouched. The guys who spray and wipe down the car do a thorough very good job. I prefer the full service touchless hard spray car washes or by hand that are in the area for a about the same price.

Over-priced for a poor quality wash thats not even 100% hand car wash and they take as long as a full hand car wash. No organization because they dont direct you where to pull up, leave you standing by your car for a while before taking your order, and then cars that arrived after mine are put into the wash line before mine. Windows and windshields are not squeaky clean even when I got the $30 VIP car wash.

Do you need a carwash? Good place if you dont want to go to onr of those coin-carwash. Very affordable and they do a pretty good job. Do yourself a favor and avoid weekends if you can....it does get packed. The $20.99 service is the GO-TO deal. Dont forget to tip them....Its hot, they do a great job, and its only fair :)

20 dollar car wash and i still see dirt on the dashboard and carpet and i cleaned the inside before going there ,good for new cars, older car find another place they dont care about the older cars. Wasnt happy 2 out of 3 times i was here .
