Review is for their Express Exterior Wash. I had some tree & bird droppings on the car after parking under a tree. I usually go to one of those coin operated self-serve car wash locations, but today I was too lazy to do it myself. So I thought Id give the Express Exterior Wash a shot, for just $4.99 with coupon. It was a very quick process - you stay in your car the whole time (even when paying), similar to one of those gas stations drive-thru car washes. They dont completely wipe-down (dry) your car after driving thru. When I got home, I saw that the drive-thru process did not completely clean the tree & bird droppings. It was clean for the most part, but I had to do some "touch-up" wiping to clean off the remaining residue. I also had to Windex the windows, because of water spots. So if your car isnt too dirty, just dusty, with very light dirt - then their Express Exterior Wash just might do the job. Otherwise if theres one near you, you might as well just go to one of those gas station drive-thru FREE car washes (with minimum gas purchase), or the coin operated self-serve ones.

I came in for a group-on oil change and car wash promotion. Was treated like a piece of trash right from the start just for mentioning that I had a coupon. They made every excuse in the world not to do it, then at the end the flunkie told me that I had to spend an extra $10 because my car required a "Special Oil Filter". I had to lol at that bs. I asked him if he was gonna get this special oil filter from the same guy who sold Jack his bean stalk beans. Then after that he finally admitted that you should never trust cheap coupons because the people who work at places usually hate to do them. I agreed and said yes, scam artists hate to be called out on their bs. Its called false advertisement and or bait and switch to be more accurate. TOTAL SCAM!!! WATCH OUT!!!

Today was my first and last time I will ever go to the fashion square car wash and will NEVER go again. The prices are comparable but not inexpensive and when they were finished cleaning I pointed out spots that were clearly not just dirty but Filthy! I kindly asked for the spots to be taken care and the man called for his manager. I explained that I wold like the dirt that still remained on my car to be clean which was what I had paid for and the response was, "thats all youre getting and if you dont like it it is a free country, you can go somewhere else." They should be embarassed and digusted at how they run their business and I HIGHLY advise for you to get your car actually cleaned anywhere else!

Bought a groupon to go, making this affordable. The team was very nice and they did a great job with the exterior wash. Interior wash left a lot to be desired, as it wasnt even. I might go back in the future, but will explore other businesses too. JULY EDIT: I came in for a dual oil change and car wash, which was $25. They tried upselling me on air filters, power steering fluid, more expensive oil, and a car battery. I explained patiently that I replaced my own air filters recently and that I didnt need a new battery. Even Jiffy Lube doesnt try to upsell me like this. Will never come back. Thanks for losing a customer.

I couldnt believe when I went to write a bad review that the SAME thing happened to someone else. Furthermore, I just talked to a friend about this and her IPOD was stolen from the same car wash! Why is no one doing anything about this? I called and spoke to the Manager and he told me, verbatim "We are not responsible for anything inside of your car...lady...I dont know what to tell you!" Unreal!!! I should have stayed with "The Hand" in Studio City. I have been going there for 5 years and have never had a problem. Fashion Square Car Wash, YOU SUCK!!!!!!

Limo service with storage in the back crashed into my car. I took my brand new scion to get a car wash after owning it for a couple of weeks and turned it over to the car wash and went in to pay. As I was waiting I heard on the loud speaker that I should come back. Apparently, one of the limo drivers backed an suv into the side of my car. He didnt provide me with insurance and while i was making a phone call to see what I should do, he drove off. The owners of the car wash did not accept any responsibility and did not help resolve the situation.

They offer a free car wash with oil change which is normally $36 or $28 with a coupon. When I got there they said Synthetic only for my Lexus RX350 $79 + 10 for a special canister filter. I backed out of the oil change and went for a $6 car wash which was pretty decent for the price. I got my synthetic oil change at firestone for 50 bucks and no filter fees. They could have given a discount on the oil change and I prob would have taken it, but didnt intend on getting taken. I would go back for a wash but not oil.

I picked the ultimate service package they have, the car came back with spots all over and the floor mats filthy, I asked to see the manager and he was extremely rude, said "Lady we do not do mats" He did not even offer to do them for a price, I told him that when I go to a car wash and pay the highest price they have listed I expect the car to come perfect and that I dont intend then to take my mats out and clean them myself. Rude, and unprofessional, and a bad job. dont go there.

I have been here a few times and its a lovely place. I swear they are of the busiest car washes when it is gorgeous outside, since its the Valley thats nearly everyday, yet they are still so well done and fast. Ive had my oil changed there as well and its great. I cant recommend this place enough. You should go there and get the best of the best. I have never been disappointed with the job they do. Its a fresh space, that amazing sky blue car wash will never let you down.

The 20 buck a month all you want various wash is a good deal if you go a lot. It can get too crowded the later it gets in the day so I will leave, come back next morning. Guys are all friendly, girls at counter, maybe friendly to women, not so much to dudes. Maybe just me? Love to space out with the rainbow soap all over the windows. When you get to the air jets, lower your windows and scream with you hair flying around, better with 2 people!

$29.99 for the best of the best paclage. Got in my car just now and there are water streaks everywhere . in the sun the car shows a lack of attention. Interior has streaks as well. Terrible service for such a high price. My passabger seat literraly has marks all over it from the guy climbing around . not clean. Inside of the door has a footmark from one of the idiots drying the car. Not worth it. $10 car wash packaged as a $30 scam.
