I checked out the reviews of this place before I went. I ALMOST didnt go, man Im GLAD I WENT! Let me tell you a little back story of my car and the other car wash I went to (Its in Toluca Lake). I had some dry tree sap on my car for over a year (Looong drips of it going down my car). This stuff is basically like concrete at this point. I went to a car wash in Toluca Lake to see if they could get rid of it. The only thing they did was make it bright white (I assume because of the wax they used). So for the last year I basically gave up on it ever being cleaned. I went here to Ventura Car Wash not expecting much (based on the reviews, but the other car wash has 2.5 and not 3.3 so I figured how much worse can they be). I asked the attendant to detail my car in and out and if they can, get out these white tree sap stains. He sounded very confident in saying, "Oh yeah we can get those out." I was skeptical. I came back 35 minutes later, bam, SPOTLESS. Absolutely no trace of this (I thought) impossible concrete-type stain. The rest of my car (inside and out) looks absolutely amazing...No streaks, left over wax marks, nothing. Seriously, better than knew, its insane. So look, theyre fast, and theyre very, very thorough. People say theyve encountered a lot of attitude. I didnt. I guess MAYBE the cashier girl could be friendlier, but get over it. Are you paying money at this car wash for a stellar cashier experience or a great car wash?

I have been to this car wash a few times and never has the customer service been even remotely satisfactory, but yesterday was an all-time low. They got deep pen marks (Long lines) all over my drivers seat. Of course, they denied any part of it, claimed they dont keep pens in their pockets (but they do--they write down our orders with pens). This is a 3 week old car, I know every little speck of dust on this car, and I absolutely knew there was NO pen marks on my seat when I left the car in their hands 15 minutes earlier. luckily, I do have insurance, however they didnt apologize, nor did they take responsibility in any way..You cant ever prove these things so I just left after trying to talk to a manager. I will NEVER go back and I highly suggest others run far from this place. I am now writing to BBB. My husband actually thought the pen marks looked deliberate as they were very deep and dark and way too accurate. Perhaps they were mad because I asked them to wipe down my dash board this time too????

Im telling everyone I know to avoid this car wash at all costs. I had just had my car detailed a few days earlier and parked under a tree. In the morning, my car was covered in a LOT of bird droppings...one spot so heavy it seems to pool there. I went to this car wash and told them I had just had it washed and the dropping were fresh, so I just needed an exterior wash. Their response was "This isnt going to come off with a regular wash. It needs to be waxed. We can do it for $100. Kind of sucks, but thats what its going to take." I knew this was outright lie and didnt even bother to argue the point. I left without the wash and drove down the street to the other hand wash east on Venture. They glanced at the bird crap, didnt say a word, and washed the car for $15. It looked good as new. In short, con men are running this car wash. They obviously are dishonest.

I came here on my lunch break to get my car washed and the man with the nice blue eyes was very helpful to find the perfect was plan for my very dirty car. He gave me a great price and I could not complain about that. The girls inside at the register are pretty dull and come off rude, who knows maybe they just have RBF but regardless my interaction with them was only 25 seconds. As I waited for my vehicle they had TV inside and some nice outdoor seating, since it was a nice day I sat outside and watched them work on my car. The detail they put into it made me so happy and even when they were finished and called me over once again the nice blue eyed man came to check to make sure I was satisfied, I did notice a lot of debris along the carpets so they insisted they take it back to give it an extra vacuum. It was perfect!

Avoid if you do not want to deal with bad services and attitudes... As soon as I pull in no one takes my order. Others arrived after me and right away they got their order. I felt really discriminated. I had to personally go to someone to get my order. The service men took my order in a bad manner. As I go to the cashier. This girl on the register gives me a bad attitude. At that point I was ready to just get my car and leave. I really was not pleased to see the outcome of my car... There was still dirt on my car and my rims were still dirty... my interior did not look clean at all they just sprayed air freshener and I asked and payed for Armour all in and out... I highly recommend not to go here. Horrible Services and very bad Attitudes!

In the years of living in L.A I have probably tried just about every single car wash in the city. This car wash has to be my favorite! The service is typically super friendly and the quality of the wash from inside and out is by far I think the best in the city! Obviously the quality of the cleaning depends much on luckily getting the right guy, but over all all most every one working here is fantastic! I all so enjoy the selection of products in their store and the competitive prices. I dont feel like Im getting ripped off like in most car washes. Heads up look for the online coupons on google!

Very rude staff. Greeter doesnt even say hello. No-one says hello or even thank you!!! Cashier extremely rude no greeting just 15 dollars! No please and no thank you. Many different choices in the area. Dryers do not even speak enough basic english to even say "Thank you" They drop you like a hot potato when a very expensive car comes in and you car sits in hot sun all wet getting water spots. Everyone should be treated equal as customers.They Will never get my 4 car business again even though I live 2 blocks away.

Im a faithful customer of Ventura Car Wash! I usually stop by in the mornings for the Early Bird Special off all vehicles) but they do such a great job Ill stop by anytime! Juan sees to it that you are satisfied with your wash, they also provide free WI-Fi, Coffee while you wait. Theyre pretty quick & plays good music by the wash rack. Overall friendly service & affordable pricing. I highly recommend! Oh, yeah & they offer half off any wash on your birthday, which is pretty cool!
