this review isnt about the dead bug on my floor mat that they didnt vacuum. this review isnt about the dust that gathered on my finger after running my finger through the cars body after the wash. this review is about what happens when you make a complaint to the big guy that runs the place. (owners son - big mob-like guy who gives you your ticket as you leave your car & keys). me: "excuse me but i just ran my fingers on my cars body and the car is still dusty?" mob-guy: "yeah thats cause last time you washed your car was probably 2 months ago" me: "actually i got my car washed HERE three weeks ago" mob-guy: "listen thats how we do it here if you dont like it you can leave" (and then leaves me hanging and goes to give ticket to another customer) me: (i go back to him as he deals w/ customer) "do you realize that you (finger pointed at him) just told a CUSTOMER to ..." mob-guy: in middle of my sentence comes close to my face, rests his forehead down on my forehead and says... "get the f*&#k outa here before i break your hand and shove it up you a$$". (in front of another customer) me: (trying to not show fear) "i wanna speak to the owner!" mob-guy: "i AM the owner. my father owns this place...now get outa here... i dont need your f*&^ing business!" me: i leave w/ tail b/w my legs b/c my first time to be in such a situation and i am not trained in self-defense. MORAL OF STORY: if you dont like the service do not complain. unless you are a trained martial artist.

Terrible, Rude, and possibly worst customer service i have ever encountered. Took my Audi in to get washed. car is in perfect condition and recently serviced! After the wash i made it maybe two miles down the road before my engine warning comes on telling me the coolant level was low. i pulled over and noticed the coolant pouring out from under the car! I called Lincoln Millenium Car Wash a number of times before i was given the number of Ben (owner/manager??). left a nice message... no response. Called back and got a hold of Ben. he was incredibly rude, asked me if i got struck by lightning while at his car wash would it be his fault, yelled at me and told me he will see me in court and hung up. After reading the other reviews, i feel that i am not alone with my experience. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS CARWASH, as we need to support good business and drive out the bad. I would give it zero stars but that is not an option on yelp.

Terrible Place and Terrible Business Practice. I walk up to the cashier. In a good mood, too. I just want to pay and get home, not looking for an argument. The an older woman cashier is counting money. I think this is weird considering she has all of the days earnings out on the desk within easy reach of any costumer. I stand in front, say "excuse me" several times. Doesnt even acknowledge my presence until she looks up and says "Cant you see Im counting money. Just wait!!." Literally, this is too good to make-up. We argue for a good five minutes before she even accepts my money. At one point, I thought I was going to get a car wash for free cause she didnt want that money. It was ridiculous. It was so bad I have energy on the matter. Seriously, unless your looking for a really humorous fight like the one that I had, do not go here!!!! I cant believe they operate like that!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY BROKE MY CAR. I took my car here and had them clean my interior including cleaning the seats and doors. They must have washed the steering wheel as well because when I got my car back, the control panel on my steering wheel was broken. Half the buttons would not work. I called them and they gave me the number for the manager. When I called him, he incredibly rude and started denying there was an issue before I even explained what was wrong. I told him the panel was working fine before I had it washed and now it was broken and the steering wheel is sticky so they must have washed it and gotten cleaning solution in the electric. He basically said its "not my problem, sue me" and then hung up on me. If you dont want your car broken, take it somewhere else.

My wifes Bose Earbuds disappeared out of the car and Millennium refuses to make right!!! We have (HAD) been using this carwash for years, regular washes, details, the works. I sent countless friends to them praising the great job they did... then this. I dont think they were stolen!! I believe they were probably vacuumed up with the two quarters that were also in the center console... Regardless. My wife tried to reason with the owner and he was completely dismissive and pointed to the sign. "Not responsible for valuables left in car"... Okay. Millennium, you have lost what should have been a valued customer to you. A customer that works from home and has the time to warn others of your practice as they pull in to your business... i have been a costumer of this car wash for more than a year i go there at least 3 times a week for all my cars, and today this senseless woman on the cashier she was very rude to me really RUDE, they have lost a costumer for ever, i do NOT recommend anybody to go there anymore they dont appreciate or value costumers i am really disappointing how she was talking to me. any way DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE VERY RUDE>>>>>>

They STOLE everything out of my center console and all my electronic chargers etc. And they could care less! I frequent this local neighborhood carwash and feel so violated. Dont trust these people with even your crumpled up receipts!! Price for a compact car wash $13.99. Price for tip $3. Price for having $1500 worth of items stolen... Not so priceless.

I give them 5 Stars because they went over and beyond to make sure my car was absolutely clean both in and out. They even went beyond to re-vacuum my car after the dried it. They used an air blower to get all the dust in the console. Awesomeness of a job. I sure love that its right across where I work I will definitely be coming back

I have used this car wash for many years and they are so nice to me. I always bring my little dog and they are kind to him as well. My car is always pristine and they go out of the way. I have no idea who is sabotaging this car wash however it is a blatant lie. Go there! So go there you will not be disappointed. Cheers! SM

Not impressed. Went here for the first time, and they completely missed a huge spot of dirt on the hood of my car. When I asked them to clean it, they refused. When I asked the manager if it could be cleaned, he said it required a $60 wax. Crazy. Complete lack of customer appreciation.

This is the worst. I have scratches that werent there before the car wash. I asked to speak to a manager who immediately told me it was there before I said anything. When I said no I have pics of my car from this morning he said "Santa Monica Court."
